Had a very bad experience. Bad behavior from the hotel manager from the beginning. They can't tell right location when we reached Darjeeling. Geyser was not working. Room & wash room was not properly cleaned. The room is not like the photo. The management of the hotel is bad. Far from mall road. There are no rules. No security. In short, staying in this hotel is a waste of money.
