This place offers everything thing you need to transit through Dar es Salaam. It isn’t fancy but it’s comfortable, close to the airport and offers free transfers. Transfers were reliable and the staff member we met was very obliging. They supplied an included takeaway breakfast for our early start. Overall it was great value and saved a trip into the city in heavy traffic.

As suggested, I re-confirmed my reservation 1 week before my arrival, along with my request for the complimentary shuttle to meet me at Nyerere Airport late that night. It was confirmed on the ******* website that the driver would be there to meet me for the ~4 minute drive to the hotel. But no driver was there. Finally, after roughly 2 hours (nearly 1:00 am) with some kind help from the airport staff, a shuttle did arrive. Once finally there, I was greeted by a very polite and apologetic night manager, who showed me to the room. It was clean and comfortable, and that was all I needed. He had a nice breakfast fixed for me before I departed for the airport in the morning, and he and all the staff were very kind. I would stay there again, but would plan other transportation from/to the airport.

Hotel was good, i was picked up and drop off right on the 4 am time I requested. Usman was very helpful and checking in was pretty fast. The coffee I requested for 3.30 am was ready on time. Bed was super comfortable and shower was excellent. Anytime I have a flight that early it's the place to be.

For a transit stay this hotel was fantastic! I had to extend by another day and was welcomed by the staff to do so. Even though it is a budget stay, it has a very homely feel. Breakfast might need some attention. It is right behind the airport, so the sounds of planes coming over cause slight interference... I will definitely stay here again!

The room was pokey and the sheets and towelled smelled. It wasn’t ready when we were shown to our room, the staff had forgotten to leave the soap out and no one had checked that the TV workedX We paid the extra bit for a balcony which was dirty and had broken furniture. The duty manager was helpful in arranging the airport transfer but this is where his helpfulness stopped. I asked about facilities in the airport and he refused to call the airport information desk to ask some questions for me. DO NOT EAT DINNER HERE. After seeing the menu we decided to play it safe but my girlfriend still got sick. We could hear the chef coughing and spluttering next door. Breakfast was ok though. The “rooftop terrace” is just a load of broken plastic furniture on the roof of the building.

The service was great, and the guy waited awhile to pick me up when my plane was delayed. He also carried my bags to the door when I left. No elevator, but overall a great transit hotel with a good breakfast.

Waited two hours at the airport for the pickup - they kept saying the taxi would be there in two and blaming the trafic (everyone knows trafic in Dar is difficult, so leaving well in time is mandatory)

Noisy with an electric generator running all night, they keep losing power all night long, didn’t pick me up at the airport excuses were no power all day to answer phone or emails, uncomfortable bed, no hot water in shower, mosque next door praying extremely loud and it’s insane, didn’t sleep or rest all night long.
