彩虹飯店(Rainbow Hotel)

From the reception door the service was pathetic. Had a delayed flight which made us arrive at the hotel after 1am.....The security guard was sleeping together with the lady at reception.....The lady at reception had a stinking attitude and gave us a room which was smelly and had a leak in the bathroom. We had to ask for a change and the next one had 1 bed yet i specifically asked for 2 single beds.....We then later settled for another room but the experience was horrible. If possible please rremove that hotel from your list of possible hotels to stay in that area.

Nice stay, good breakfast ,excellent wifi ,3 to 5 minutes walking distance ferry port and city centre. In side restaurant I have tried veg and non vag both prepared by local chef it was excellent service. Management also very supportive. Clean ,good rooms with small balcony. Enjoyed my stay ,next time will come with our family.

The price looks attractive but they are very dirty. The rooms are smelling and stinking, I found the bedsheets not washed and I had to change rooms the room I changed to was worse. I had to stand the filth smell for the night. The breakfast is ordinary nothing special. The rooms and facilities are old and not well maintained , floors not well cleaned . If you want a clean stay. Don't bother. I regret my time and money I paid

The stay was characterised by a nice welcome at the reception. The room is clean but aircon, TV and water heater were not working. The room was extra hot and no bottle of water is offered, neither coffee/tea making utensils. What affected me most are the mosquitoes, I couldn't sleep. While the infrastructure is good, management is doing little to keep the standard. The breakfast is generally not good for a 3 star hotel.

Safe & Convenient downtown location for travel to Arusha and Zanzibar. Within walking distance of amenities. Very kind and accommodating manager & staff.

Bon prix, accueil chaleureux, réception disponible 24 h sur 24 j'y suis arrivée à 4 h et j'y étais bien installée. Connexion wifi impeccable, bonne climatisation, eau chaude, sol bien nettoyé, bonne cuisine. Mais la salle de bain n'est pas bien entretenue, présence de la moisissure sur le rideau de douche et dans le box de la douche, robinet recouvert de calcaire...

I choosed rainbow hotel Dar es Salaam bcouz wanted a clean and hygiene place to stay in Tanzania on my budget, i strongly Rainbow  The room are clean and good, Wi-Fi signal is strong .... the breakfast is healthy & customer care was  amazing what I was impressed...a lot .... the managers also guided me a lot for my external activities which help me a lot... I strongly recommend rainbow hotel for best stay and hospitality.
