BestWestern Plus North Shore Hotel

As we expected the check in process was easy. Stay very friendly. Accommodation clean and breakfast area well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

My friend and I were on a road trip and just 'going with the flow'- stopping wherever we felt like it. This is often hit and miss when comes to hotels, but we were definitely happy with this choice! Big room, extra clean, big bathroom (also extra clean), everything worked and the staff was awesome.

Super friendly staff, very clean room and lobby . Large room with a comfortable bed. Coffee in the room and lobby. Hot buffet breakfast. So much to choose at the buffet! Will definitely stay again

It was my third time at this hotel. First 2 were good - third trip, not so much. Had to switch to a new room as appliances were broke, then a maintenance guy walks in our room right as wife was getting out of shower. Neighboring room was smoking cigs in hallway. Breakfast was bad. Place just seems much worse than I remember from previous visits. Won't stay there a forth time.

I enjoyed the location, the breakfast is very plentiful and a huge selection of hot and cold. I loved the pool, the room was big and had refrigerator and microwave. The toilet was wobbly. ******* canceled my reservation prior to my arrival. This had nothing to do with the hotel. I pre paid and actually booked wrong date. I was at the hotel the day I booked on that day ******* chose not to change my reservation for day I was there. They blamed the hotel but the hotel has nothing to do with a third party booking. ******* again chose to cancel my reservation prior to my arrival. The person checking me in was able to retrieve my reservation that I pre paid to ******* a month plus prior and at that time ******* took my money in less than one minute but if I would have canceled my reservation they would have taken all my money. ******* makes these poor choices everyday. Beware of booking with *******!
