Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Best hotel

Poor staff not friendly

Hotel discreto, personale molto cortese, camere spaziose con ristorante buono. Le nostre richieste sono sempre state soddisfatte sopratutto circa il cibo non speziato che hanno cucinato per noi. Terrazza sul roof molto bella.

Sûrement le pire hôtel que j’ai fréquenté en Inde. Sous des apparences de 5 étoiles, on se retrouve dans un hôtel sans entretien. Tout est usé, cassé, pourri. Ma lampe de chevet ne s’allumant pas j’ai essayé de trouver le fil de la lampe, les fils étaient arrachés, à nu sur la table de chevet, très dangereux. La climatisation ? Oubliez rapidement, les modules de commande sont complètement détruits et inutilisables. J’ai réclamé pour changer de chambre, le réceptionniste ne voulait pas et voulait appeler un technicien, à 23h…. J’avoue m’être passablement énervé mais au final j’ai réussi à avoir une autre chambre. Sûrement la pire de l’hôtel… aucune vie, les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur de cour intérieure, juste la où se trouvent les énormes ventilateurs de la climatisation. Bref, 1 point fort, les fenêtres bien isolées m’empêchaient d’entendre le bruit de réacteur de 747 des ventilateurs Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, mais c’est la règle dans tous les hôtels en Inde

Chef Neeraj Singh and chef Yogendea Singh and also team *** chayan, akshya and Raju give an excellent service. This was my best trip in India. Food is very delicious and they have lots of variety of food in the buffet. Best hotel in the city. Breakfast was good and wide spread.

"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant à plusieurs égards. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a constamment harcelés pour laisser des critiques sur TripAdvisor, déformant ainsi les évaluations. Les cinq étoiles attribuées sont clairement exagérées, car l'établissement ne répond pas aux normes d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Bien que le personnel fasse de son mieux, les installations laissent beaucoup à désirer, en particulier l'ascenseur, qui est très mal entretenu et sale. De plus, nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le wifi, qui était déficient pendant toute notre séjour. La qualité de la nourriture proposée à l'hôtel laissait beaucoup à désirer en termes de goût et de variété, et la pression de l'eau dans les installations était nettement faible. Ces aspects négatifs ont contribué de manière significative à notre perception générale défavorable de cet établissement."

O atendimento é excelente feito por : Rakesh sinhá ,Yogendra pramod. A recepção feita também atende bem o que se pede . O café da manhã possui características bem ocidentais o que facilita muito a estadia. O quarto era limpo e comida atende bem .

We were looking forward to a few days in this 5 star hotel and using the rooftop terrace/bar ( closed and disused) and the pool ( sun-loungers were broken). Our room on the second floor was spacious but we reported all the crawling ants in the bathroom and the broken fan ***** with the blinking lightbulb and the very noisy fridge to the reception but nothing was done. They did send someone to look at the broken safe who just said “ yes its broken/ not working “!! We accepted the hotel is going through an upgrade to make it a wedding/conference hotel so accepted old furniture/ limescale and small mould in bathroom . You couldn’t change the speed of the fan over the bed The best part of the room was the new tv !! In the restaurant you were never acknowledged by the staff . The only greeting over our 3 days was from a *** called Shiv at reception who we sadly didn’t see very much . How this place got 5 star rating is a mystery even the arrival at the hotel was greeted by old metalsnd rubbish

It was a great experience at Justa sajjangarh, food was very delicious and Service is top notch also the staff is very polite and caring especially Sugra and wasim they have served us very well. Thank you

We have stayed at justa resort and spa the stay was amazing as we stayed with family and we enjoyed a lot the Ujjwal and avneet was very helpful during check out and check-in we are planning to visit again

It was so nice stay at justa sajjangarh all the staff were given their best service special Mr. Lalit at security he help us to guide us about city and arrange cab for us for visit. thank you to all

It is very poor experience with lot's of issues. The management was very unfriendly and won't listen to what you want. Their manager Mr Mahendra (I think full name was Ravinder Mahendra), the *** with special moustache had severe ego. After talking to him couple times, in the 2 days we were there it was evident he considered us inferior and lots of other guests there too. Other members of front staff also were behaving weirdly on his instructions, they were fine on first day but didn't cater to answer us anything later. They always put our call on hold and did not care to call back, did not send us swimming towels even after confirming and even the kitchen staff did not make us any food for takeaway after checkout when they even promised us earlier in morning. Worst of all Mahendra tried to mistreat my kids and situation could have been worse if there were no people to check-in. It was evident that wealthy and regular guests had all the priority there. Most of the guests had similar experience there. Something positive, ground staff was good and was consoling us and covering up for people like Mahendra. My suggestion is to avoid this place and if senior management is reading this, people like Mahendra should be immediately removed.
