My experience with this hotel is truthfully one of the best so far. The service was beyond great I was treated with respect. Also the two gentlemen working at the front desk stayed patient while helping me when I was having trouble with my card to make payment. Would stay there again and most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

We liked the ease of booking, checking in, comfort of sleeping and showering. Any okay comment we gave really meant "not applicable.: The only inconvenience was parking which wouldn't have been so bad except it was a cold night. A luxurious hotel for an affordable price. My husband said it best: "wow, we've paid more for a dump. This was great!"

No elevator access to where the residents stay. Had to carry all my bags up a flight of stairs along with my family after driving for 15 hours. And then had to walk across the entire site of the hotel because there was no elevator access to where my room was. They have carts at the door to allow you to bring in all of your stuff but then you have to take it all off the card and carry it all up a flight of stairs. All while the staff stares at you and smiles. The beds are atrocious and incredibly uncomfortable. Half the electronics in the room don't work. When I asked for some towels, they never showed up. When I tried to go down in person to get them, I was told to wait in my room. This place is the worst. Only stay here if you have no other option

The woman at the front desk was pretty rude. She had a head scarf on and showed little interest in helping us. We ended up going to the other receptionist and got the help needed. We booked a month prior and I we could have paid ALOT less if we waited until the day of the book instead. Rooms are damp and have out dated furniture. The lounge, pool, coffee shop and fitness areas were all very nice and helpful staff.

The night receptionists Marie was very helpful she did her best by changing our room but unfortunately the new room was also dirty the bathroom was stained with pee and the towels had coffee stains. In the morning we got new towels.
