A nice and clean hotel, recently renovated, welcoming to pets and with an EV charger available. Add that to the reasonable price and you might see why it might be the best value for this area.

The location is just perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and staff is very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and very well maintained. There is free breakfast (good and fresh) in the morning and free coffee machine available 24/7 along with MINT Indian restaurant whose food is really good. My stay here was very comfortable and i really enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Berkshire!

This clean, comfortable quiet hotel is well-located for visitors to Stockbridge, Lenox and Lee. Staff was professional but friendly. Breakfast was modest but sufficiently varied and was included in the reasonable room rate.

This place exceeded our expectation for the affordable price! The rooms were very nice, looks like the whole place was recently updated. Because they have an Indian restaurant on site with a bar, they also offer alcohol with room service! Views of the lake from the breakfast room were gorgeous! The staff were very friendly. I got a check-in text that allowed me to easily let them know that I needed a late check-in which they accommodated. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to the area!

Highly recommend the Black Swan Inn. The room was nice and the Indian restaurant inside was really good.

Love the location and the pet friendly nature of this spot. Everything is great but I wish the pillows were better in the king suites. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great location and easy to find. The sheets and mattresses were good quality. Love the coffee on the am.

The woman at check-in, Michelle, was suoer nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and there are lots of food delivery options, but also a restaurant on site and even snacks and beer available for purchase. The only downside is the floors are very creaky, and the people above me kept walking back and forth, and I felt like they were going to fall through my ceiling. Otherwise, it's a very nice and convenient spot.

Bathtub is very deep and no grab bars. Out of body wash. No hot water in bathroom sink. Interior of property much nicer than inside. Some scary looking neighboring areas. Afternoon front desk attendant not up to standard, overly friendly and unkempt appearance.
