Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Nothing big or remote didn't work but overall it was all beautiful!

The hotel was nice and artsy. The room we stayed in was facing the highway and you could hear the traffic passing but the bed was comfy and we slept good. The description states that there are 3 bars onsite when in fact there was only one. The 2nd one is the pool bar and is only open during summer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The room was dark, the lighting was not sufficient for a room that size. The USB outlet on the TV stand was not functional. The foam mattresses slid off their stand and away from the wall VERY easily. Shower pressure was non-existent. The noise from the highway was significant. I only stayed here bec my conference was also here. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this to anyone.

We stayed at this property before and enjoyed the experience. This time around I would not recommend. We stayed for 5 nights asked twice for them to clean our room and no one ever came had to ask for new towels and kept the dirty ones the whole stay. Parking was 20 a day and wasn’t told to us until check in. No microwave available on the property for use.

While staying here someone charged over $100 to our room while we wer out and so far no one can resolve the issue. We talked to 3 people and sent an email. Im so frustrated It shouldn't be that easy to charge someones room. Also the pool maintenance is lacking. I also no one cleaned our room. We never saw a cleaning cart in the hall my entire stay. So disappointing its a cute hotel thats not in question. We've stayed here when they first opened and it was an excellent experience. I wont be back and i encourage you to find somewhere else to stay. The price is to high for whats offered.

O hotel é lindo e tem uma estrutura excelente. O quarto é amplo e bem decorado. Como pontos de melhoria, nos quartos ouvimos muito barulho dos carros lá fora (falta um vídeo acústico). No banheiro o chuveiro é muito fraco é só tem água quente.

I like it was clean. Didn’t like the shower no full door glass, no vent in the restroom and they charge for parking on their own parking lot.
