達拉斯市區雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Dallas Downtown)

I arrive that day at 10:30am, was sitting in the lobby, I checked at noon to see if the room was available, the same staff insisted I needed to wait unit 2 pm to check-in even the room was available at 12pm, or he wanted to charge me $75 for early check-in fee even I am a Gold member. At 1:30m that guy was not around, I spoke to a female staff and she was nice enough to let me check-in. Later that night I wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water, the boiler system was down and it was an issue to many guests. The guy told me he would request for a $20 breakfast credit. In the morning I run into that same guy that refused to check me in early the day before, he told me I could get the tea for complimentary and when I told him I suppose to get the breakfast credit from the cold shower he was reluctant to honor that... by then my Uber has arrived so I gave up and left. Overall pretty terrible experience with that staff and the cold shower staying!

As we made our way into the building this should have been the first sign that something was gonna be off. As we walked through the sliding doors into the building mind you it was 100 degrees outside. As we walked in the initial doorway to the building the small transition from outside to inside the building was hotter than outside! As we got into the building things looked back up. The decor was nice, check in went smooth. As we made our way to the room the entire 9th floor of the building reeked of *********! As we entered the room the room was clean but obviously the temp in the room was warm so we turned the ac down. We did change and leave the room for a concert. We were gone for about 6 hours or so… plenty of time for the room to cool off. However upon our return that evening the room was just as warm as when we left it! We called the front desk and asked if someone could come look at the ac and they front desk said we will send someone up. About a half hour later we still didn’t have anyone to the room so I called agian and the gentleman told me they should be there in a little while. I responded with how long is a little while as it was already past midnight.” He informed me that they would get there when they get there” needless to say we never saw anyone. The next day leaving the hotel we walked out to the parking lot where three cars around our vehicle had their windows busted out from vandals that evening. Security was on duty when we went in the night before 😑

Me encanto el hotel, su bartender Guillermo es súper amable, súper lindo 5 stars, el resto del personal igual muy amables. La verdad en las afueras si está un poco feo por las noches ya qué hay muchos hombless El resto todo bien. Excelente servicio

O café da manhã, além de ser cobrado é inexpressivo. Paga-se 10 dólares mas só dá pra comer uns poucos itens e se quiser comer mais tem que pagar mais. Não há fartura como no Brasil.

The sole reason for reserving rooms at this hotel was so that we could take advantage of the on property EV chargers. The issue is that the charger were occupied by non EV cars for a portion of our visit and then when I was able to get into the spot (With excellent help from a young man at the front desk) the charger would not work. Customer service with Blink Charging brushed me off and deferred me to the front desk at the hotel. When i got to the front desk the other person on duty was not helpful in the least and proceeded to tell me that this was one of the reasons why he would not have an electric vehicle and that i was out of luck. This was not exactly what I was in the mood to hear this late at night. I do not blame the hotel for the faulty charging unit and bad customer service on the end of the charger. But the response and help I was given will make me not return to the property.

My husband and I liked the large 'savvy suite' we booked.The location of this hotel is convenient to everything downtown and the farmers market (Sat/Sun), which we highly recommend. Justin at the front desk was exceptional! One negative: the 7th floor hallway and our room had an unpleasant smell like musty carpet and too much fake scent to cover it up. Maybe it's time for new carpet?

Such a nice clean unique hotel! The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Loved the room. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Dallas!

Great hotel! Had everything we needed for a brief stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. We were able to walk around to the places we needed to go.
