I arrive that day at 10:30am, was sitting in the lobby, I checked at noon to see if the room was available, the same staff insisted I needed to wait unit 2 pm to check-in even the room was available at 12pm, or he wanted to charge me $75 for early check-in fee even I am a Gold member. At 1:30m that guy was not around, I spoke to a female staff and she was nice enough to let me check-in.
Later that night I wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water, the boiler system was down and it was an issue to many guests. The guy told me he would request for a $20 breakfast credit. In the morning I run into that same guy that refused to check me in early the day before, he told me I could get the tea for complimentary and when I told him I suppose to get the breakfast credit from the cold shower he was reluctant to honor that... by then my Uber has arrived so I gave up and left. Overall pretty terrible experience with that staff and the cold shower staying!
