達拉斯市中心-重逢區萬怡飯店(Courtyard Dallas Downtown/Reunion District)

El estacionamiento es un desastre, cuando llegamos hubo que esperar como media hora porque solo había una chica para recibir los carros y estacionar, y luego salimos y cuando regresamos a media noche también hubo que esperar un rato largo fuera del edificio o sea en la calle porque había solo una persona para recibir los carros y estacionar. En la habitación hay una cafetera y no colocan agua entonces mi hija bajo en pijamas a la recepción a buscar agua para hacer el café. En lineas generales la ubicación excelente, pero el servicio al cliente pésimo. cuando llegamos a registrarnos la recepcionista fue muy grosera al punto que la habitación era para tres personas y nos dio solo dos llaves de la habitación, de verdad no lo recomiendo.

Front desk agent Anthony was beyond rude and unprofessional. I tried to call several times on the way to the hotel and he was curt, left me on hold several times, never came back on the line. I was calling to ask about parking and ADA issue due to a medical condition. When I arrived to check in, Anthony immediately had an aggressive and combative attitude because I asked for a supervisor. He questioned my wanting to speak to a supervisor and he told me there wasn't one and gave me a business card to call someone during the week. He told me he did not have to check me in because "his feelings were uncomfortable" and he was canceling my reservation. He even called police over and I did nothing wrong as a customer nor was I breaking any laws. I was stranded in town for the evening and my partner and I paid over $400 at the Omni because that's all we could book so last minute. They gave us great service and didn't yell at me or call police for trying to check in. I'll be posting Anthony's disgusting behavior on social media. Is this how Marriott trains their employees to treat guests these days?

Loved the hotel once I was inside. The staff is very friendly, the food was good and the rooftop bar is spectacular. I like a firm bed. It was SO comfortable. I needed a place convenient to Amtrak and it’s right across the street. I was able to walk to the JFK museum. Also lots of beautiful architecture around it.

Hotel novo e bem localizado. O aspecto negativo foi a postura rude da atendente da noite, sem nenhum interesse em atender adequadamente o hóspede

I liked the lobby , other than that I wouldn’t recommend, the parking is ridiculous, the rooms should be worth 80 a night not 210. They’re too small. OVERPRICED OVERPRICED OVERPRICED.

Travelled alone so concerned with safety and this property was pretty safe. Walking distance to most Dallas attractions. Otherwise the staff called for car service for me as I dont have uber account

The hotel was really nice. The rooms were comfortable and quite. The bar was very nice. All the staff was nice and helpful including the valet.

Sundays everything its close in this hotel and you dont montion this befor reservation
