代理給錯了房型，攜程協助解決了，房間一般，位置還行，早餐一般，唯一的優點是前台小哥很好，能提供幫助，所謂的法式陽台也就這麼回事

空氣中充滿霉味

房間的窗簾和地板都很髒。灰塵從窗簾飛到房間各處。優越的地理位置，舒適的床，棉質床單。公司的巨大陽台。窗外的美麗景色

位置在科林後面，去超市或換錢都很方便很方便，10分鐘內就可以到達大部分景點，房間條件...還好啦，這個價錢還是值得的… ？接待處的年輕人很友善，很友善。他總是很高興地跟我打招呼。謝謝。

飯店很漂亮，房間很乾淨，工作人員很好，但問題出在服務和飯店管理： 1 我的預訂包含早餐。飯店不提供早餐。沒有提供解決方案或補償。 2 由於最後一刻預訂，辦理入住手續花了大約 40 分鐘。最好提前 1 天預訂，因為工作人員不知道如何處理線上預訂，而且經理不在飯店。 3 打掃房間時，女傭沒有放新瓶的沐浴露和洗髮精。 4. 房間或廁所內不得堆放垃圾 5. 不提供網路宣傳的即溶咖啡、茶 6. 入住時房間內沒有瓶裝水。 7. 大廳詢問房價比網路上貴很多。 總的來說，這是一家不錯的酒店，但管理得不好。

Booked 2 rooms . Was given an “upgrade” to rooms in basement 2 (B2) next to where the washing of all linen was done. Both rooms were filled with a mix of musky smell and strong laundry powder which affected one of our members who was asthmatic . In one room, there was l no window. The ventilation was very poor. In addition, a spoon was found with mould in one of the rooms and the side table next to the bed which housed the hotel’s slippers reeked of feet odour. After requesting change of rooms to the hotel , the management declined to move us to other rooms saying the hotel was fully booked despite the sign on the main entrance which states that rooms were available. Hotel’s management insisted that both rooms were also non refundable. Staff at the counter tried his best to help- provided a fan in each room for better ventilation but this did not help much. Breakfast included a can sardines, a slice of cold bread , butter and eggs. Due to the poor condition of the rooms affecting our stay, we had no choice but to forfeit our pre- paid bills for the rooms on the second and third night to move to another accommodation.

너무좋아서 연박했어요~ 가성비 끝판왕~~ 정말 정말 좋고 서비스도 만족합니다. 기대 이상입니다.

到夜市大約需要10分鐘。 這有點像砍倒一座山哈哈 不過，工作人員還是很好的 他們聽取了我所有的要求，設施很棒。

In my opinion, I think this hotel was ok. One of the desks where broken and the phone didn’t work. The TV in one of the rooms was removed, exposing what we thought were live wires. On the second day, one of the workers asked to borrow our microwave, because there were only two microwaves in the whole building! Very strange request. Also, the shower door was broken. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel was fine. They have breakfast and dinner, but you pay for it. I would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed by stay at the Moonstone Hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable and made for a good base to explore Da Lat. At the time of writing breakfast is brought to the room and you call reception ten minutes before you want it. The breakfast was good and always arrived on time. On my last morning I needed to leave a short time after breakfast started and it was brought to the room bang on time. The hotel also organised a taxi which was literally there the moment they made the call. Great staff, great hotel.

Good location between the lake and fun zone but as previously mentioned up a hill. Obliging, friendly staff especially Ahn the night manager during our 4 night stay. Good sized room nice thick bath towels.
