花朵飯店(Flower Boutique Hotel)

Booked at the end of the day by mistake and the staff refused to help or even discount for the error. I wish they were a bit more helpful but I had to pay again. Rooms are nothing special and a bit moldy.

Matt ...hotel manager spoke good english. Gave us free room upgrade ..and was very good to deal with. The hotel is near some excellent vegan restaurants .. Near the beach.. And has a very good mini mart across the street. The sheets where clean...good beds ...hot shower ...clean towels etc. We were happy with our room.

Từ chất lượng dịch vụ cho đến sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình của nhân viên nơi đây làm chúng tôi quá sức hài lòng. N*** những phút trò chuyện đầu tiên, nhân viên nơi đây đã giúp tôi được mở mang khi một khách sạn với giá cả bình dân như vậy lại có khoản dịch vụ tốt đến thế. Họ hỗ trợ tôi đặt xe đón từ sân bay về khách sạn, cho đến việc lên lịch trình cho các tụ điểm du lịch thú vị và đầy lãng mạng. Hạng phòng mà tôi đặt là Suite Double, và tôi được xếp vào phòng 1101. Một phòng tầng cao với view cực chill. Đặc biệt là ban công với cửa lớn, thoáng đãng có thể nhìn ra thành phố và cả một góc biển. Chỗ nghỉ có hồ bơi tầng thượng với tầm nhìn ra biển, chúng tôi có thể ngồi đây hàng giờ đồng hồ để thư giãn và cảm nhận từng làn gió biển mát mẻ. Khách sạn chỉ cách biển khoảng 150m, đường lớn nên vô cùng thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và xung quanh gần như có đầy đủ tất cả tiện nghi. Nói chung nó thật tuyệt vời, nhất định khi có cơ hội quay trở lại Đà Nẵng, tôi sẽ quay lại nơi đây

Absolutely terrible stay! The receptionist was useless. Tried to charge me things for the room cause the house keeper couldn’t do there job properly. They said yes to things and then nothing happens. They don’t give u any toilet paper. U have to keep asking so I bought my own toilet paper. They smile and laugh at you cause they think it’s funny when there in the wrong and there was one lady that apologised but that guy needs to learn some manners and customer service.

This hotel is very nice, great pool which was clean and the room was cleaner than a whole lot of other hotels I've stayed in around Vietnam. I had booked the best room, king suite with pool view so I could step straight outside my room and into the pool. The main problem I had was that when I arrived they said my room had an issue and they were putting me into another one. I was offered no discounted rate for this. The first room I went into smelt badly of cigarette smoke. They kept saying please help me and take this room tonight. I agreed hoping that the rest of the stay would make up for it. The next day I was moved to the room I booked. That night I was woken up at 2am by some people who had decided to go into the pool area and pretty much have a party. I used earplugs but still heard them so I went to tell them that they were keeping me awake and they didn't care so I rang the 24 hour reception. The guy said he didn't speak english and hung up on me. My fault as I don't speak vietnamese. I used google translator to play my message to him and he said ok but no one turned up to close the pool. I tried again and again and he was just hanging up on me and eventually just left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call. So no sleep until after 4am. I reported to reception the next day and they apologised and said it wouldn't happen again but the next night it did, and the night after that. They honestly did not care and did not want to do anything. So, the hotel is nice as is the pool but if you stay here do not stay in the king suite and you'll get limited sleep.
