宜必思斯旺西飯店(Ibis Swansea)

ibis is very character in its great breakfast and quick check in and out. the fresh off baked beans, croissant, scrambled eggs and commendable coffee. you can find all your needs met in one place.

a wonderful stay in ibis Swansea this time, the staff at front desk was warmly to provide suffiency info of breakfast, dinner etc.

The hotel is very close to the main road from the M4, making it a convenient location - easy access from the motorway and just a short drive into the city, or wonderful Gower beyond. There is ample parking available, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Ibis would do well to remove cars parking on the slip road into the hotel during working hours - they are an obstruction and nuisance. Rooms on the main road side are noisy - next time I'll make sure we're on the car park side.

I registered my car registration no. in the hotel's system while I checked in. A week later I got a penalty ticket from the parking company. Even I appealed that my room fee covered free parking, they said they're not able to get my record in the system and kept charging me a penalty. It's totally NONSENSE.

I found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and also it’s very noisy, you can hear people having conversations from two rooms away.

My room was on ground floor close to bar area, very very loud? People stamping on floor just all round loud.

Less than ideal, in terms of hygiene and state of room furniture. Bathrooms, water pressure and toilet definitely need attention.
