坦博德爾阿列羅精品飯店(Tambo del Arriero Hotel Boutique)

El Hotel se ubica en una zona muy tranquila, y a unos 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas. Me alojé en una suite Deluxe, y para mí sorpresa no había perchas/toalleros para las toallas, no disponía de babuchas/zapatillas de usar y tirar (a pesar de disponer de albornoz y jacuzzi), y, aparte de body gel y shampoo, no había ningún tipo de complementos de uso personal. De resto, la habitación espaciosa y muy limpia, y todo el personal muy amable (sobre todo la señorita de Recepción que se encontraba a las 7 de la mañana del día 25 de Enero)

I loved this hotel. Don’t search more, book here! It looks exactly like the photos, it’s so pretty, the room got cleaned daily, the breakfast was very good and so is the restaurant’s food for dinner. The staff is so kind. Mirabel was super helpful and so kind! Me encantó este hotel. No busquen otro hotel, reserven aquí! Es igual como se ve en las fotos — súper lindo, cómodo, súper limpio, la comida muy rica y los empleados excelentes. Mirabel en la recepción me ayudo mucho. Gracias!!

This is an exceptional hotel in every way! Great location in Cusco!! Huge rooms with heated towel racks, great lighting, high ceilings, and oodles of charm. The staff are extremely helpful and offer a made-to-order breakfast and ample breakfast bar. What a find!

Es una hotel muy bonito, decorado y con buen servicio de su personal, podrían mejorar dando más privatización a las habitaciones en temas auditivos ya que se escuchan entre ellas o el bullicio exterior.

The staff was exceptional. They all are so friendly and professional. They were particularly helpful to us when we needed extra help dealing with some unexpected travel issues. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

Clean room, good bed with nice bathroom. Being winter in Cusco heating essential, rediators didnt come on until after 6.00pm so asked for a heater which was quickly provided. Pleasant courtyard, breafast adequate but evening meal i had was not up to expected standard.

Fantastic hotel, charming setting, great service and location. We could have used complimentary water in the room and/or tea coffee. The staff was very helpful and organized private tours for us which made it very easy and convenient. Overall, I recommend!
