The view from common room was amazing. Staff were super helpful too. Wish could stay more nights

I was wowed by the kindness of the staff. They took such care in making sure I was aclimating to the high altitude of Cusco. "We recommend that you eat a light meal. Would you like some coca tea?" Dinner at the hotel that evening was delicious. Main square was within walking distance, with many artisan shops on the way. My room was so modern and comfortable. I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! Too bad I stayed only one night. Can't wait to return!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient, a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. But what sets the hotel apart is the staff. So helpful and gracious - they welcomed us with tea, attended to our every want and need and even upgraded our room when we came back after trekking. Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Customer service is top-notch. Every staff member is always smiling and anticipates our needs in advance. Very close to city center in a nice part of the town close to a variety of restaurants, art galleries etc. Superb Stay.

I have been traveling to Cusco for 15 years and this is now one of my favorite hotels. I was greeted with such wonderful hospitality. The common area has beautiful views of the city. The location is tucked away and makes for a peaceful night's rest. The beds are super comfortable. Nice hot shower and comfy towels and robes. The breakfast is wonderful and they'll even pack you a breakfast if you venture out for an early morning. I enjoyed one of the best massages in Cusco with Elizabeth (and I'm an LMT of 20 years is in the U.S.) I also enjoyed a really fun private pisco cocktail making class with Saul! He is the jack of all trades. We had a lot of fun! I will definitely be back.

A great hotel with staff who cant do enough for you. We only stayed ond night before our trek with one night after, and yet still had time to impress us. Went to the restaurant on our first night and was very impressed with the quality and presentation. The hotel provided us with breakfast to go both mornings which was really appreciated. Great find. Totally recommend.

Maravillosa! no me espere que fuera tan lindo el lugar y sobre todo la atención , me encanto el cuarto ,la comida espectacular , el desayuno delicioso y muy completo gratuito , muy variado , aparte me extendieron el checkout muy amablemente , estoy muy muy contenta con este hotel por supuesto que regresaré

Esse hotel é perfeito! Um dos melhores que já fiquei na vida!! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos, o quarto super espaçoso e limpo, o café da manhã maravilhoso, uma vista incrível da cidade! Realmente foi tudo perfeito na nossa estadia e com certeza voltaria e indico! Nota 10/10!
