酒店一開始非常棒,被給了一間可以俯印加牆的地下室房間,但我不知道這是人造光。要求搬家,即使對上層樓的窗戶來說更貴,但被給予了免費房間,改成4樓,有小窗戶,但至少有自然光。但是,這個請求只有在我第二次嘗試時才得到批准,因爲我是第一個簽到我的代理人,他告訴我,即使所有網站包括他們自己的網站都展示了額外的帶窗戶的房間,酒店也完全被預訂了。 酒店的服務非常好,自助早餐在煎蛋站也很美味。 在評論中,他們提到酒店地面上有一個羊駝,但是除了前門附近的老太太和小羊駝問所有客人是否願意付費拍照外,人們從未見過這隻小動物。

非常棒的體驗！酒店的整體採光非常好，讓人一進入酒店就能感覺到明媚！ 各方面細節也很到位，包括洗漱用品，牀上用品，餐飲，環境都非常贊！ 而且必須要表揚一下攜程！這家酒店在Booking 上的價格要高於攜程不少。我們住的兩晚，Booking 上含稅價格去到了7000多。但攜程上連着兩晚價格5000多，且攜程系統還提示如果分開一天一天的訂，價格可以更優惠，最後我們是以含稅價4000多訂了兩晚的，從此對攜程長草！

這次祕魯旅遊，一共入住了六家旅館，屬於Belmond旗下的有四家（三家旅館加一趟火車），而Palacio Nazarenas毋寧是最喜歡的，而且還住了二個晚上。 位於庫斯科古城區的Palacio Nazarenas，由16世紀的修女院改建而成，看外觀就是一幢極其平凡的古蹟，入住第一晚，因為團員人數行李多，開了雙木門迎接，之後二天的進出，都是在旁邊不起眼的Lobby進出。 進入後才發現真是別有洞天，諾大的修女院，竟然衹設了55間房。其實還有不少房間，但貌似不宜作為客房吧。 入住二樓的Studio Suites，有60平方公尺。 銅架雙人床，綉花枕頭、被套。仿古式樣木櫃、木桌，厚重卻也老款的沙發，處處透露出一種逝去的時代感。 吧枱酒水、小食都是免費提供，其中的Pisco酒則是當地特色。 開一瓶啤酒，拿出幾樣小食，坐在寬敞的陽台上，白天看遠山濛濛，晚上看燈火闌珊，也是挺有味道的。 中庭温水泳池，無疑是拍照最佳景點，池壁以艷藍瓷磚鋪設成，被棕瓦、白牆、石璧的建築圍住，突出但也協調。 由於入住了二天，得以有充分時間仔細觀察由”古蹟”改建而成Palacio Nazarenas。看得出Belmond非常用心在古蹟保護上，將現代化設施簡化到最小的用心。Palacio Nazarenas雖説是由16世紀的修女院改建而成，但整個院區讓人非常舒服，房間採光極佳，走廊沒有暗道，庭園也是草木扶疏，給人十分舒心的通透感。

Very Nice Hotel, clean, great breakfast and kind staff. Breakfast is served since 4am! All you can eat buffet! All ingredients were fresh and tasty. Freshly made drinks like mate de coca, muña available 24 hours. They storage our bags for free. Every day clean! And great location. We had a Great time!

For the price this is a good hotel. The bed was comfortable and front desk staff friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests. However there were a number of issues which prevent a 5 star review. The shower temperature was a nightmare - it was impossible to get a consistent temp - one minute fine then freezing then scalding. Service at breakfast was very average. At busy times they had insufficient staff so we ended up having to locate and help ourselves to coffee and tea. You could order eggs and omelettes but this was not offered immediately and my husband had to chase his order on at least 2 occasions. The hotel location is very central and handy but the street it is on is noisy and polluted and on the Saturday night sleep without earplugs would have been impossible due to the loud music locally.

Three stars given for the positives: Excellent location , walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed. Excellent hot water and water pressure . Economical price. This is a 2 star hotel however , so just be prepared for a few hassles. It is very loud for sleeping , bring ear plugs. All the rooms surround an open courtyard so every door opening sounds like a gun shot . The included breakfast is hardly enough to feed a small child. (If you want an actual breakfast you have to pay extra.) the building is very cold and dark all the time , the lights are literally never on. And the front door is always locked at all times of the day so you have to ring a loud bell (which of course can be heard by all the rooms ) . The staff was overall friendly and helpful, some much more so than others. I asked for a glass of water , looking at pitchers of water in the kitchen area, and after arguing with me about having to buy a bottle the older manager lady poured me a small glass. And then that night I asked the night guy for a glass of water before bed and his manager made a point to tell the staff not to give me a glass of water. I understand water costs money but this seemed over the top and the very opposite of hospitality. That combined with the attitude they gave me left a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Maybe spend a few bucks more and get a better experience elsewhere

這是一個非常不錯的酒店，非常靠近許多景點/景點，也在一個安靜的區域。  從我們到達那一刻起，工作人員就非常樂於助人。他們還為可能的高原反應提供了一些“伴侶古柯”。  我們的房間（我相信206）非常好，床非常舒適，他們有額外的毯子，他們有非常寒冷的夜晚（也是一個加熱器）。我們還有一個非常漂亮的庭院和山景。  自助早餐有一點點（有一個煎蛋站），但你必須提前醒來，因為它在早上9點結束。

We were very impressed with Casa Andina premium Cusco. It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, the building and inner grounds and courtyards are all very pretty and elegant. Our rooms were updated, very clean, very comfortable with hot showers. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff was very kind and attentive, we highly recommend.
