道森維爾智選假日套房飯店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dawsonville)

This hotel is not ready to receive guests. There isn't any alternative in the vicinity, but it is definitely overpriced for what you get. They had so many problems during our 4 nights stay. Sink fell down as in the picture. Rooms still smelled like construction. Our next door flooded. The shower drain wouldn't drain. The switch to showerhead would spray water in all directions. Their actual pool is completely different from the picture provided by the management. With all these issues.... Didn't get anyl response even from the IHG corporate. Will use Hilton or Marriott chains as I've always done.

Everything was as expected. Clean friendly and well maintained. Had 1 issue with a barking dog but the staff resolved the issue quickly.

The front staff was amazing. The booking didn’t get pushed to their system and the manager came back in after she had already left for the night to contact customer service and get me checked in.

I had 2 nights in Hilton in another area then 2 nights at Holiday Inn Express in Dawsonville. I was very impressed with Holiday Inn and will be joining their rewards program! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic 1 night stay here just before Christmas! The bed was so comfortable and we had zero concerns regarding the cleanliness of the room!

I want to let Holiday management know what a GREAT staff member they have in Brandy. Brandy took the time to help us with directions to small towns, and find restaurants and stores.

The kindness and friendliness of the staff — and even the guests — made our stay quite special.
