Great location and even greater stuff... They save for us parking all day!!

Hotel itself is lovely fantastic location very quiet and friendly staff . Breakfast is ok not a great selection of hot food if you don’t like eggs n smoked sausages go elsewhere. Rooms are lovely big and clean with a kettle and flatscreen tv, Bathroom clean with shower gel/ shampoo , hand soap, hair dryer and towels This hotel is not suitable for someone with walking difficulties as there is not a lift or wheelchair access just stairs

Cant' get any better. This is definitely a better option than local five-star hotels whic hare not what you would consider a 5-start in many countries. This on the other hand is better than 3-start standard in many countries. The maintenance and cleanliness is like the place was opened today for the first time. The staff is professional with excellent English. Breakfast is nice. Rooms have everything you need and are beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Location is unbeatable - 2-3 minutes walk from the main pedestrian mall in the old city, but very quiet. Highly Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, all thanks to Lorand. What a lovely and charming man! He couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was a problem for him, even taking our 2 big and heavy suitcases to our room. Communication with the hotel was very easy as whenever I had any queries and emailed the hotel, Lorand replied immediately. Casa Chitic hotel is very central and very clean . Our room was massive, modern and the bed and pillows were very comfortable as was the shower room. Our bedroom overlooked the pretty wide street and we could see the Hollywood Brasov sign. This hotel is a jewel and I truly recommend it. I look forward to going back in the near future but next time I will definitely stay for more than 2 nights, as Brasov is an amazing city and there are so many things to do. Loved our stay in Braşov the hotel is situated in the old town with the main square shops, restaurant's bars , and The Black church all a short walk away. The hotel is a courtyard complex and is accessed through a security coded gate so you fell very secure and safe. We went in January and the courtyard looked beautiful all trimmed up with Christmas decorations trees and lights . The rooms look like they have been totally renovated to a superb contemporary finish the bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Breakfast was included in our stay there was lots of choice and the little basement restaurant was charming as was all the staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend a trip to Brans Castle you can order a Taxi from the hotel to take you there you can arrange to be dropped off picked up in a couple of hrs we didn’t need to book entry tickets to the castle as we went in January. One word of warning book Taxis in advance or from hotel as if you get them from train station or taxi tanks you will be charged quite a lot more.

Very warm and cozy and wonderful staff especially Lorand. The room had a lot of space. The staff contacted me one day before explaining in details the procedure of check in and even the parking was full they helped us finding another parking nearby. Totally recommend and will come back again for sure.

The breakfast was ok, but the room was a bit cold.. there is only air conditioning as heat source. The TV was a bit old. The price is high for what the hotel is offering. The place is clean and the people are nice. The location is very good. An extra blanket would have been helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The room was clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, in the center of the old city, within walking distance to all the city's main sites and to many bars,pubs and restaurants. The staff was amiable and helpful with every question or request.

Horrible hotel....could feel the metal coils in the mattress, no restaurant, no bar, no common area, no spa, not even coffee in the room. moldy grout in the shower and a half used bottle of shampoo provided. Very, very limited breakfast in the basement.
