格拉西拉庭院飯店的評論

Non ci è stato detto che la suite (peraltro costata più di 300 euro per una notte) è in un seminterrato con una pompa di aspirazione rumorosa e sempre in funzione… ci hanno chiesto se volevamo fare la colazione a pagamento e poi ci hanno fatto ordinare la sera quante brioche e quanto pane volevamo. Non è un quattro stelle.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel dal 31/12 al 03/01 Struttura favolosa personale molto gentile,(soprattutto la sig.ra che ci ha prestato l’ombrello perché l’ultimo giorno pioveva) Devo dire ottimo il servizio che quando arrivi ti portano l’autovettura nel garage al coperto,e quando si va via ti riportano l’autovettura all’orario che si vuole in mattinata entro le 12:00 La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era accogliente,pulita e molto silenziosa. Posizione spettacolare per poter visitare la bellissima Arezzo. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo Giorgio e Rosa

Ho prenotato una suite direttamente sul sito dell albergo ma mi sono trovata in una stanza/bunker…piano -1 …difronte alla stanza c è la cucina dell albergo…cellulare non prende…il bagno non ha bidet perché è per disabili (nella prenotazione ho specificato di non avere tale esigenza perché mi è stato chiesto) e dulcis in fundo essendo il soffitto della stanza in tufo rosso cade polvere appunto rossa.Si tratta di un palazzo antico in pieno centro ad Arezzo cosa che ho letto e per questo l ho scelto ma considerato quello che costa al giorno (specifico che dopo le mie lamentele al check out mi è stato applicato uno sconto di 100 euro) dico che non è stata un esperienza piacevole!

Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla chiesa di San Francesco,strategica per visitare il centro di Rezzi,stanza accogliente e silenziosa,ricevimento gentile,facile gestione dell'auto coi posteggi indicati o col servizio di car valet (che però non ho usato). Ottimo.

My partner and I were looking forward to spending the evening in Arezzo. We planned to go to the hotel for the Antique Fair . Unfortunately, the hotel sent an email the day we were supposed to arrive modifying the times the valet service /parking was available. We picked this hotel specifically because of its location and the parking options. The change, though perhaps insignificant to some, was enough of an inconvenience to our plans and expectations that we would have canceled had the email notifying us of the changes to the parking arrangement been sent before the 48-hour "no cancelation window." I called to ask the hotel if we could cancel our reservation and they said no because the request was within the 48-hour window. I tried to explain that, we were canceling because they modified the agreed terms and did not let us know with enough notice for us to cancel, but they were unmoved. They said they cannot be responsible for updating "everybody" when changes occur to what they are offering. I respectfully disagree. I am thankful that they were willing to speak to me in English and they did try and problem solve for us, but it was not sufficient. It is unfair for a hotel to say to a guest that a change in parking is insignificant because guests "only have to walk a little farther." It ignores the reality that a guest might be in a wheel chair, using braces, tired, or just old. The manager offered a voucher (and emailed us a voucher), but I do not see myself staying at Graziella Patio Hotel when I return to Arezzo. We ended up canceling our reservation without a refund.

Hotel centralissimo ad Arezzo, stanza molto bella e ben arredata. Silenziosa e tranquilla e molto pulita. Il bagno spazioso e ben arredato. La stanza non grandissima ma con gli spazi ben gestiti, non risulta per nulla scomoda. Gentile il personale .

這家旅館非常不舒服。床就像一塊水泥塊，根本無法入睡。沒有長袍，沒有全身鏡。我們的手機充電轉接器總是從插座中滑落，所以我們一天的電量太少了。 早餐不但少，而且很奇怪。 你必須在前一天晚上訂購，然後那位女士會把它送給你，但要注意是否有司機來。 它發生在緩慢的階段。

美麗的飯店位於歷史中心的一棟仿古建築內。我的房間非常寬敞，浴室非常大，有帶天空頻道的大電視，寬敞且非常舒適的雙人床。迷你吧儲備豐富，有各種小吃和免費水果。優秀的浴室禮賓套件。優質的毛圈浴巾，優質的床單。漂亮的新家具和良好的清潔。非常友好和有禮貌的工作人員。沒有早餐，但他們與一家非常漂亮且儲備豐富的糕點店達成協議，距離所有旅遊景點僅一箭之遙。強烈推薦。

The hotel is in a fabulous position in the historic part of Arezzo and the entrance is lovely and a friendly greeting welcomes you. Otherwise, we were terribly disappointed. We paid a lot of money to be put in the basement and asked to pay extra for breakfast which is in a dining room, in the basement with no windows. So we had breakfast at a fabulous cafe/restaurant called RabbitRabbit down the road. The decor is extremely odd. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend it.

Central hotel. ‘Valet’ type car parking for €20 per day which is definitely worth it having driven around to find the hotel. It’s worth noting that as the hotel is ‘in’ the ‘no car drive zone’ - as you are staying, you can drive in all of these areas; the number plate is then reported so that you won’t receive a fine… GOOD Character Deluxe Double room with amazing air con - effective and quiet. Big window in main bedroom and bathroom letting in lots of light. Mini fridge in room which we kept some of our stuff in. Several places to get breakfast just outside the door as hotel was very centrally located but I was getting fed up of pastries! Requested quiet room and it was, despite lots of bars around. NOT QUITE SO GOOD… Nowhere to put luggage or open your suitcase - just one very tiny luggage rack which you couldn’t even open a normal size suitcase. No seating area - room quite compact. It’s called the ‘ Graziella Patio Hotel’ but there is no patio or terrace to sit. SUMMARY We loved Arezzo; seemed a good mixture of tourists and locals, architecture, shops, bars and restaurants.

Per il mercato dell'antiquariato e per i mercatini di Natale la prima domenica di dicembre abbiamo prenotato questo albergo. Molto centrale facilmente raggiungibile e molto carino. Peccato che alcune camere sono state ristrutturate ed altre no, comunque albergo di buon livello

Ho pernottato una notte in questo hotel ad Arezzo durante il giorno della Giostra del Saracino prenotando la camera con vasca idromassaggio. - Giusto il suo prezzo per notte. - Personale gentile e disponibile nel caso di domande inerenti al posto. Ci sono alcune PECCHE inerenti all'hotel, che comunque reputo molto interessante per chi è interessato a pernottare in pieno centro. - Al rientro in stanza c'è parecchia umidità, anche se poi con l'accensione del condizionatore torna nella norma velocemente. - La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo, anche se si ha la possibilità di averla a pochi metri di distanza essendo in centro. - Il phon dava a volte problemi in cui spesso non si riusciva ad accendere, ma tenendolo spento e poi riaccendendolo, siamo comunque riusciti ad usarlo. Concludendo vorrei consigliare questo hotel e soprattutto questa stanza, a chiunque voglia passare un weekend di coppia in sano relax, ad un giusto prezzo e ad un'ottima posizione per poter visitare il paese al meglio.
