Was terribly disappointed in this stay. Had a problem with the lack of housekeeping. I reported it twice to front desk over a 5 day stay. Room was never cleaned or serviced in the 5 days. Front desk never followed up. I asked to speak to the manager upon check, said he would check into it. Not happy at all.

This is a beautiful hotel & the room was wonderful. However, the heat can use some work. When you turn the system on it blows cold air for at least 15 minutes until the warm air kicks in. And since it’s so cold in Medford this wasn’t ideal. Also, the system is very loud making it hard to sleep initially the staff is wonderful. The breakfast was great. The bar was nice it’s just a wonderful atmosphere and we will stay there again.

Great place to stay. We were at SOU for a football visit. Super convenient to the airport (literally 1 minute away). Lots of food and shopping options. VERY well maintained and comfy, the desk and seating area is a nice area and separates well for kiddos if needed. WE will definitely be back.

It seemed to be a very new property and I loved it. They also had their parking lot monitored by security and I was travelling with a Uhaul, so I was quite glad I picked their property.
The reception staff were super friendly. Amenities were great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
