Hôtel propre mais très âgé. Gagnerais à avoir une mise à jour. Très bien localiser. Le déjeuner est excellent.

The hotel is centrally located for shopping, it was easy to access & was great for short stay. I found the hotel very afforable. Highly recommend

-The entire facility is grossly out-of-date. -Pool and hot tub is uninviting and inconvenient to access. -Cold reception upon check-in. -Received 3 unwanted wake-up calls at 5:30am. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We've been staying here for the better part of 6 years on our trips to Cranbrook, and we've always been happy with the service, the rates, the food quality in both the restaurant and the lounge. We tended to dine in rather than go out because of the great food. Things are not what they used to be, though. Property is a great location for us, easy parking, but it's beginning to look dated. Food quality has declined as well, and lounge hasn't been open to the public for a long time. On the positive side, they've vastly upgraded their cable channels, so you get a lot of the premium services like Disney . They appear to have gotten new beds at some point, but they are a lot more firm and not comfortable for us. It used to be that there was always hot coffee in the lobby, but our last couple of times waking up early coffee was basically cold and undrinkable at 4:30 AM. We've decided to stay elsewhere from now on, unfortunately. This was once a thriving place with a great restaurant and lounge.

Restaurant not open very slow service for breakfast. The breakfast was very good once we got it.

Central location and within a few minutes drive to most places in town. Always a pleasant stay.

Check in procedure was very long and complicated. Billing was wrong and had to be corrected

My wife ask The front desk lady if there are breakfast included lady says” no breakfast included in your price room.” Wow. What a honest answer. I am so sorry to get your cheaper room price. Really.

First time staying at this hotel. We frequent the area because of family living in Cranbrook. The property was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast that was included was really delicious and fresh from the kitchen. Although we are not big fans of rugs in hotels they did a great job keeping them clean. Our only small complaint was the hot tub could have been hotter. For a nice stay, close to family, this hotel met our needs and very affordable.
