I won’t stay there again at that price. I could have stayed somewhere else in Cranberry for a couple bucks more. It was very old, the door didn’t close correctly, lights didn’t work and the faucet was loose and that it just a few things. Front Desk was friendly, but it was a nigh**are getting there from construction. I understand they can’t control that, but offer a discount! First and probably the last time. I definitely will not recommend it.

We stayed here because it was the only two-room unit in the area. It was pet friendly, and that was obvious when we stepped into our room and were greeted by the lingering scent of urine. The next day when we came back to our room and saw it hadn't been cleaned we were informed that you needed to provide 24-hours notice for room service? We asked for towels and they didn't have enough to give us because the front desk was actively doing laundry? We then took our kids to the pool, which had dirty soapy water in the hot tub and the pool liner was cracked and breaking apart all over. Then, our room keys kept losing their code and had to be recharged multiple times. The roll in shower which we we needed to use for our daughter, was horrible. The slide bar for the shower head was missing (as seen in the photos) and the slippery plastic seat was too far away from the shower head to reach while sitting down. There is NO WAY a handicapped person could easily use this set up by themselves. On top of that, the sink outside of the shower was recessed and was a bit high, making it hard to reach the faucet while sitting. The only saving grace is that the staff was very friendly and professional. I feel they were doing their best in a bad situation. The property owner needs to upgrade this facility, or provide adequate staff. When we called before staying there and tried to add an extra day they told us that there were no rooms available, so this isn't an issue of lack of revenue.

They did not service the rooms unless scheduled 24 hours in advance and then did not honor the request. We had to ask again and it was not completed until the next day. Additionally, the common areas were not regularly cleaned and there were mouse traps visible around the complex.

The pool did not open until 1 pm, and check out was at 12 pm. They would not give anyone late checkout, so unless you were staying multiple days or you show up early the night of your stay, you can’t use the pool. There was a very rude employee named Joan, who yelled at us, and who did not seem to care at all about the customers.

Room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30 pm. The dead bolt lock did not work properly. Very hard to close the door when leaving. The outdoor entrance was overgrown, as was all the landscaping around the perimeter of the building, except the courtyard. Very disappointed.

The employees, all of them, were all so helpful and kind! the rooms were clean, the kitchen was so nice, full size oven & stove top. the pool and hot tub were nice and maintained, my kids had a ball & the breakfast options were actually good and not your typical terrible 2 options. they had delicious already made Belgian waffles, sausage breakfast sandwiches along with eggs, sausage, and oa**eal. the bakery items were a lot to pick from and they had my sons favorite cereal. 10/10. thanks again! :)

Have stayed here for three holiday seasons now. Love the location and access to shopping, dining, and family. This year’s stay was tempered by new fees charged which were not present the previous two years. Was not happy with that.

This was such a great hotel! The suite was spacious and had lots of nice furniture. The pool and hottub looked great, though we didnt have a chance to try them. We did try the breakfast though which was phenomenal! It was our 3rd hotel in 4 days and had the best breakfast BY FAR. The staff were all lovely. My only regret was not checking in sooner to spend more time in the hotel!
