We stayed here because it was the only two-room unit in the area. It was pet friendly, and that was obvious when we stepped into our room and were greeted by the lingering scent of urine. The next day when we came back to our room and saw it hadn't been cleaned we were informed that you needed to provide 24-hours notice for room service? We asked for towels and they didn't have enough to give us because the front desk was actively doing laundry? We then took our kids to the pool, which had dirty soapy water in the hot tub and the pool liner was cracked and breaking apart all over. Then, our room keys kept losing their code and had to be recharged multiple times. The roll in shower which we we needed to use for our daughter, was horrible. The slide bar for the shower head was missing (as seen in the photos) and the slippery plastic seat was too far away from the shower head to reach while sitting down. There is NO WAY a handicapped person could easily use this set up by themselves. On top of that, the sink outside of the shower was recessed and was a bit high, making it hard to reach the faucet while sitting. The only saving grace is that the staff was very friendly and professional. I feel they were doing their best in a bad situation. The property owner needs to upgrade this facility, or provide adequate staff. When we called before staying there and tried to add an extra day they told us that there were no rooms available, so this isn't an issue of lack of revenue.
