斯佩塞德克雷蓋拉希飯店(Craigellachie Hotel of Speyside)

We stayed for 2N in July and found the hotel, location and accommodation ideal for our purposes. Our spacious room with a view, described/labelled as Comfy, was exactly that. Food in the hotel in the two bars/restaurants was ideal, as witnessed by the extensive number of non-residents attending over the weekend. Staff were courteous and friendly. It was also ideally located for the whisky experiences we undertook on Speyside. Added to that the Quaich whisky bar in the hotel was magnificent, as were the eclectic whisky recommendations from staff and knowledgeable locals.

Nice hotel in Craigellachie. Don't miss the scotch bar if you want to try a wide variety of scotches. The restaurant and the bar on the lower level has great food. All of the staff were friendly for aur one night stay.

Hot water in the morning was not available, only two restaurants in the area to choose from, room was very warm and bed was not very comfortable. Upon checkin the staff were very accommodating as we arrived early. Hotel Restaurant was very good but you need a reservation

This is our third stay, which is an indication of how much we enjoy staying at the Craigellachie Hotel. The staff are always fantastic and the hotel and it’s location are superb. The rooms are well laid out, nicely decorated and comfortable. The only slightly negative comments I would make are that the hall carpets outside of the bedrooms looked like they would have benefited from a hoover, however this is a minor gripe. I’ve also noticed that the sides to the bath/showers in all rooms are suffering from water damage to the wood panelling, as every room we have stayed in has had a leaky shower guard. Apart from these two minor issues, raised to benefit the staff more than anything, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

There was no internet and no water to shower, and the feedback was we’re sorry. Pretty bizarre for almost 150 pounds a night for a small room.

We had a great time. Food in the Spey Inn was great. The Quaich is a must, even if you’re not a whisky drinker. Callum made our visit - his knowledge of whisky and it’s history is second to none

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and stylish. The onsite breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The staff even prepared a take away breakfast for us because we checked out before the scheduled breakfast start. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was perfect for our visit to the Macallan distillery. The bar/restaurant was ideal for our evening meal and was nice and cosy. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious.
