拉奈施葡萄園飯店(Llanerch Vineyard Hotel)

Superior room was one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Only issue was the coffee machine not working. Spacious room with super comfy bed and great bathroom. Wine tasting session was very good fun and informative and appreciation of the wines produced at Llanerch. Evening meal was superb with attentive staff and a bottle of Llanerch sparkling Blush wine. Absolutely love this place, would go again and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service, staff both fruendly and helpful. Accommodation very spacious. Bathromm fccilities excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we dined in the restaurant on Sunday night. Food was bland and not very hot. Was very disapponiting for the price we paid.

A very clean hotel. Of the 3 hotels I use regularly in the area this is the most spic and span. The quality, and taste of the food has improved recently. Which helps me decide to keep coming. Regrettably there no Electric Vehicle Charging. There’s no excuse for not providing this. All hotels should have on site charging.

Arrived after work on Friday evening for a one night stay for our wedding anniversary. Hotel is easy to find with plenty of on-site parking. Young girl on reception wasn’t overly friendly but did the basics and have us our key. We had a beautiful suite with panoramic views across the vineyard and surrounding countryside. The weather was good so we had our doors open and a coffee from the machine. Dinner was excellent. Service was great and quality of food was excellent. Staff were very helpful. They put us in a nice window seat looking out at the fairy lit vines. We also had a complimentary glass of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a nice touch. We also sampled the local wine which was very tasty and we bought a few bottles to bring home. Our only comments would be breakfast and the check-out experience. Breakfast is a small cold buffet selection and you can order warm options as well. Breakfast Staff were nice but the warm food took ages to be served. It was very slow and there were a few complaints from different tables. Lastly check-out was hard work. We had to go through a bank security check to settle our bill and my signal was poor. Then the receptionist charged me twice so I had to wait for it all to be sorted. Small things and they didn’t spoil our stay but they are simple things that would have really completed our stay. We would definitely stay again

The room was well equipped and very comfortable with everything expected in a good hotel. Peaceful, no noise. Great food and wine and great breakfast choices so minimal waste. All staff encountered were very pleasant. Good free parking!

A very nice place to stay for a night away, but overpriced in my opinion. For £300 per night I would have expected breakfast to be included and they checkout process took forever, although I believe that is a temporary glitch whilst the accounting systems change.

Great staff on restaurant but reception couldn't take my payment on Apple Pay and said breakfast would be very busy so I would have ot book when I got there no one there!

Lovely spot, rooms very spacious and well equipped. Staff very friendly. Nice to have the woodland walk to stretch the legs after a long drive. Will stay again

The hotel room was very nice. Clean and modern. Even had a dyson fan which is rare. All members of staff were very helpfull and nice. The restaurant was lovely and food was nice just a little bit too expensive i think. Steak with chips and a salad with no drink and a surcharge £29.70. The food price is the only thing that i can complain about.
