皇冠島高爾夫社區度假飯店(Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community)

My only complaints are we weren’t able to check in on time, not until around 4:30 for cleaning, and our suite wasn’t completely clean. There was macaroni noodles on the kitchen counter and footprints all over the comforter on our bed. Housekeeping came right away and fixed it for us. The room was a little dated, but the property is absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! We ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. No matter how our stay started, we had a great time.

Very disappointed. 1/ Upon check-in we were given earplugs and told that there WOULD be noisy interruptions at night. 2/ We discovered broken glass on the floor in the kitchen in a few locations, suggesting that the cleaning was not thorough. 3/ The bed has made its final revenue for this property. With each breath, I could hear the springs under my body making noise all night. 4/ When I engaged the employee at check-out he shrugged his shoulders and commented I had made my reservation pre-paid on **********, and there was nothing he would do for us. The overall cost was $500 per night. Never again.

Wanted to check in early, but were told the room wouldn't be ready for three hours. Said they would text us when it was. So we left and literally, five minutes later received a text saying room was ready. Dining/lounge area closed at 8:00 pm - said there wasn't many guests so the staff all went home early.

I especially liked the fact that the employees seemed to have some discretionary authority to handle requests and were not constantly consulting a manuel. The garbage containers near the front door were a big disappointment, however..

Nice for a stay away. The vila would easily be comfortable for a long term stay as it was spacious and had a well stocked kitchenette. Fireplace in both living room and bedroom. Spotless and well maintained. Nice patio overlooking golf course and forested trails. Property was nicely decorated for Christmas with a large tree in the foyer by reception that made a nice impression upon arrival. Excellent staff provided suggestions for activities during our stay. Glad we chose this spot away from town.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The view was delightful, looking out on the golf course. The bathroom for was heated - marvelous.

Very clean, quiet and a unique stay. You feel like you’re far from the city but you’re tucked away and close to everything. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying here and it is definitely a hidden gem that never disappoints. Can’t wait to return!
