Upon arriving, I noticed the bath controls were odd. Turns out they were missing buttons! (See photo). For a luxury stay at these prices I was shocked. Service is novice level. Prebooked restaurant dinner via concierge with credit card guarantee wasn't booked. Turned up at the restaurant and there was no reservation. Warning on using ur spa credits. Spa opens at 11.15am and you can only use credits for treatments that end by 3pm. So be prepared to skip lunch to do any treatment using credits. The shuttle that they provide is for 1850 only. So even a 5 min drive to 1750 or 1650 is not included. And they will call a "taxi" for you. 7min ride costs 50 euros. We left swimming trunks (bought from their spa at 170 euros) in the room wrapped in towel. Couldn't find it and reported to staff to check with housekeeping. Reminded them we were checking out the next day. Despite telling TWO persons, we did not receive any update even as we checked out. Concierge that helped loading the luggage knew we were a family of four. But he put down all the back seats in our car, leaving TWO seats ie driver and front passenger seat.. duh. We had to rearrange all luggages in the heavy snow. Not only that, he insisted he didn't put down the seats. (Liar) I guess he thought we were sitting on the car roof when we arrived. For 40,000 euros worth of stay, we certainly expected better.

I am really grateful for the amazing experience we had in Six Senses Spa Courchevel! The facilities are top notch, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always with a big smile. I had a treatment with Evi and i already look forward to go back next winter because of her magic hands. I have visited many luxury spas around the world but this one is the best so far. Gorgeous and huge apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay that balances contemporary fittings, cozy furnishings, and lots of space. The beds are amazing but the bluebird skies lured us to the first lifts! There's a ski shop next to reception and a concierge service to take you to the lodge right at the Croisette lift where the friendly team are there to buckle your boots and take them off again at the end of the day. The reception team couldn't be more friendly and helped us with everything from valet parking (under the building) to recommendations and restaurant bookings. And the spa! We skied the final few runs knowing we'd be straight down to the sauna and steam room. The Normatec compression boots are a must try, as are the sports massages to get your legs ready for the next day. The rooms are completely quiet at night even though you're right in the heart of Courchevel 1850 with everything accessible on foot. For non-skiers, a pedestrian lift pass gives you access to gondolas and lifts all over the Three Valleys so you don't even need to ski to meet up with up with the rest of your group to enjoy après-ski. Ask the team about the piste basher experience and the skidoo up to an Alpine hut for a Savoyard dinner too! We travelled as a group of friends but I would recommend this for families with kids too - the ease of the ski concierge (who can book lessons etc) and lodge means you have an extra pair of hands!
