This hotel stay was originally meant to be a birthday celebration something to look forward to. However, upon arrival, we had to wait long time just to check in. After finally getting the room key, it didn’t work, and we had to call staff to open the door for us.
Upon entering the room, we found the carpet covered in stains, and the toilet paper holder, door frames, and other areas were filthy with grime. There was also a strong moldy smell in the bathroom. When we complained at the front desk, they offered no real solution to the problems.
To make matters worse, the room service phone line was constantly unavailable. There was simply no service to speak of. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning.

Hotel très bien situé pour un concert a la defense arena ou du shopping au centre commercià.
Quelques travaux serait a prévoir pour remettre l'hôtel et les chambres un peu plus moderne
