We all love it!

La habitación cuando llegamos tenía basura, llamamos para pedir más toallas porque faltaban nunca las llevaron, baje lo notifique y tampoco, cuando fui de nuevo me indicaron que no tenían peronme darian toallas de playa. Por lo demás todo bien. El desayuno muy bueno.

This hotel was very nice. The front desk was quick and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. There were just a few minor inconveniences. Our toilet ran constantly. The conditioner container in the shower was empty. And I wish there was one more extra pillow to be used with the pull out bed. There was one but we had two kids sleeping there. Overall our stay was good.

Staff were.suoer friendly. Room was extremely spacious and clean. The lobby smelled amazing. Woke up late so we didnt get to enjoy the breakfast. Hotels should leave out fruit or snacks for the ones that can't make it down on time. (We had an event and got back late). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also love that its a newer hotel.

The staff was AMAZING! Front desk staff were happy to help with any needs or questions we had. JC (maintenance) was extremely helpful when we rented the conference room to have bridesmaids get ready for a wedding. He brought us fans, a mini fridge, and checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was different each day and had GREAT variety of options with staff constantly cleaning tables and refilling food. The place was extremely clean with many staff on site working- emptying trash, mopping floors, washing windows, etc... We even did a little scavenger hunt with our granddaughter one day to pass the time and one of the items she had to find was "a piece of trash you can recycle". We circled the entire hotel and found NONE. It was the only item on the scavenger hunt we did not find (others were "a stick longer than your hand" or "something that starts with the letter 'M'") BONUS: One day at the pool we found 3 small kittens in the bushes. The momma cat was feral, but the kittens were friendly. The staff handled it well by putting them in a box to keep them from getting hit in the parking area while waiting on a rescue group to come get them (they called). They were all extremely kind and worried about the kittens (this is a short version to save space). I would stay here again in a second and so would our family who also stayed.

The building is in great shape. Our room was very clean everywhere except for the floors. The flooring looked clean but it was not. I showered and then walked around on the tile with bare feet and my feet got brownish grey on the bottom. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned as well. Our room was large and very open. I loved the room's layout. It was excellent for our family of 5.

We got off a cruise ship early in the morning and the young man at the service desk with shaggy hair (Did not catch his name) was absolutely amazing. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our suite and room to be ready. Hotel is immaculately clean and their customer service was amazing. Will only be staying here when in Miami from now on. Thank you so much!

Incrível experiência! Toda a equipe sempre cordial e eficiente! Fiquei por seis noites e, não houve um dia sequer de problemas. Efetuei compra pela internet e os produtos foram recebidos pela recepção e entregues a mim no dia programado. Há academia de ginástica, piscina, salão para reuniões e pequenos eventos. Tudo com excelente manutenção.
