El hotel muy bien, el día que llegamos excelente el trato, al siguiente estaba otra persona que fue un poco más cortada, la alberca estaba fria, y el jacuzzi no funcionaba, encontramos algunos insectos en la habitación pero nada molesto, en nuestra estancia de dos noches no hicieron limpieza argumentando que eramos los únicos huespedes y que por ello no iba la encargada de limpieza

The property looks very nice from the outside and inside lobby area. If you have not paid for your room DO NOT stay here. The elevator was disgusting with food and drink on the wall that looks like someone had attempted to clean it with a dirty cloth. I AM NOT a complainer but did say something to the front desk person. It was cleaned by the afternoon! We were on the 3rd floor and upon exiting the elevator the hallway smelled musty and moldy. Our room was the same way. It helped when we turned the ac on higher but I had to buy DampRid and an Odoreater container. That helped. The wallpaper in all rooms was peeling off from obvious water damage. Hurricane Harvey hit that area a few years ago. The ceiling in the pool was also crumbling. The hot tub had sand in it and the water never became warm. Apparently the owner/manager is aware of these problems and refuses to fix them. We were staying there while visiting family with our dog. We paid upon arrival and could not get a refund so we stayed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. We did not have any room service on the weekend since they were short staffed.

Left dangerous. Carbon mox alatm going off, staff does not care. Having wires. Rust, dirty.

The first room wasn’t clean. The sheets had obviously been slept on, and there were fecal-like smears on the wall in the entrance. Desk clerk showed us a clean room, but did try to gaslight me about the first room.

The early check in was amazing. The hotel needs lots of repairs and smelled of mold badly. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the air was turned off in rooms prior to arrive, which is adding to the mold. Front doors didn't work and had to be manually opened by costumers

Our check-in process was good. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. However, the hotel is “very” dated and could use some serious cleaning, sanitation and renovation. The hotel smelled of mildew and mold, rust is very bad and cleanliness is quite poor. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience and we were quite disappointed with the Wyndham. But we appreciated the friendly customer service and the proximity to the beaches. It’s a first and last kind of stay for us.

First room that was assigned to me was bad lots a humidity even the floors were slippery so the staf swapped room and it was little better the hot tub was on terrible conditions lots of stains including the swimming pool breakfast was perfect but it was only one laddie working and we were waiting on coffee she was doing the impossible to service everyone needs more staff especially on weekends

Overall the room was cool, and clean but except the restroom. Breakfast was good. When they went to clean the room they did take out towels but they didn’t leave any clean ones and they didn’t take out trash or make up the bed. But for the price we would stay again.
