I stay at the Hyatt place at least twice a week in different cities and states around the US. I always tell people the Hyatt place is going to be the same no matter where you stay, this is absolutely incorrect this place was dirty, smelled like sewage, the first room that I was assigned smelled like and unkempt nursing home. The second room that I was assigned smell like poop. I had to disinfect the entire room myself and use my own linens. I will never stay at this property again, Don't even get me started on the night staff. I didn’t check in until after 10 PM otherwise I would’ve found somewhere else. The elevators were even dirty!

This was probably our 6th time to stay at this hotel. So obviously it has been good. But it is really starting to show its age. Peeling wall paper, scratched up wood, smelly areas, only one elevator working and it is making crazy sounds, etc.
Still a good place I would say just needs some freshening up

Dirty room pillows were so flat and wore out didn't tell us that the pool and hot tub were not working reason we had booked there

Really enjoyed our stay here! Just spacious enough for all of us, and in a convenient part of town. Great amenities and comfortable bedding. The pool was a bit small and the gym could use some more equipment, but overall very well worth the price point. We’ll definitely be coming back!
