科羅娜南Staybridge套房飯店(Staybridge Suites Corona South)

My Boyfriend and I had a staycation went glen ivy Staybridge is minutes away from glen ivy . Overall I feel satisfied with my stay some the furniture in our room was bit rundown especially the little sofa in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was clean . I wish both bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in it only one did , it was locked so we could take in the other restroom . Also I used the laundry room only one washer was available and it smelled, the other washers were I guess broken because they had no door on them . I wanted to use the pool but every day we were there it was occupied with a group of children. Staff was friendly. But I didn’t understand why they called my room to see if I was checking out it was only 8:00 am check out was at 11:00. I will probably not stay again .

Had an amazing experience. Nearby shops and The Retreat in Corona venue. Clean room very spacious and staff was very friendly. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

We had the best service from Angelique, the manager was very attentive however, The suite we stayed at smelled like a dirty dog. We complained about it, were given a choice of another room and it smelled like a dog too. I know that it was a pet friendly hotel, but not everyone the stays at a hotel wants the property to smell like a dog lived there, when we are paying money to stay. Maybe they can just have an area for pets.

Primero diré que fue lo que me gustó: 1. Check in y check out muy rápidos 2. El café que ofrecen 24 hrs es muy bueno 3. Acceso rápido y en una zona de rápido acceso a tiendas y vías rápidas 4. En el baño puedes encontrar shampoo, jabon para cuerpo y acondicionador 5. Cocina muy completa Ahora que fue lo que no me gustó: 1. Personal de lobby no muy amable 2. No se hace limpieza de la habitación NUNCA, estuve 3 noches y ni siquiera hicieron las camas aunque lo solicité y me dijeron que lo harían, no lo hicieron 3. Cobran un depósito de 100 usd que no mencionan en ningun lado 4. Solo colocan 2 toallas a pesar de que rente un habitación para 5 personas y estas nunca las cambian 5. Áreas generales muy sucias sobre todo los pisos 6. Desayuno muuuy básico y muy malo 7. No hay caja fuerte (bueno aunque no la necesitas porque nadie entra a tu recámara ni a limpiarla) En general mala experiencia, no volvería a este hotel

I booked a king size bed and ended up with a 2 doubles. It was my anniversary and my wife and i slept in different beds.

Très bon accueil, tout le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et poli. Le cadre est super sympa, c'était l'hôtel le plus chaleureux que nous ayons fait pendant les fêtes avec une cheminée, des décorations etc... La chambres est grande et pratique. Dommage que pour une réservation pour 5 nous ayons dû réclamer des draps, oreillers et serviettes complémentaires et faire le dernier lit nous même, et que pour un appartement avec une cuisine nous n'ayons eu qu'une poêle pour faire chauffer des aliments et encore en demandant à l'accueil. Je ne vois pas l'intérêt d'une cuisine sans batterie de cuisine pour faire à manger, d'autant que nous l'avions choisi pour cela. et il n'y a pas assez de couverts et de vaisselle pour 5. Mais ce sont les seuls points négatifs.

Nice quiet area. Rooms can be cleaner but still well worth the price. Would definitely stay again.

Nice size room, however we believe there could be some updates, renovations. time to replace mattress, time for carpet and sofa to get deep cleaning or replaced.

Property and room are always very clean. Elevator stops working at times. Parking is hard to find at night, must park down the streets.
