Great place to be I absolutely love this place! Such a solid location right near Kountry Folks!

It’s a decent place to stay for the price. It’s close to the mall and lots of good restaurants near by.

Me equivoqué de localidad y no me pudieron cambiar la localidad me pregunto si quería cancelar y mientras le hacía otra pregunta me cancelaron y me va tocar dormir en la calle porque no tenía suficiente dinero para hacer otra reservación yo apenas estoy llegando a esta ciudad

Absolutely enjoyable while visiting family in Riverside the hotel staff very polite and friendly in pointing out things tourist could do and the hotel room was neat, clean and brought extra pillow for my back which I think deserves A+ and I be back to Motel 6 Riverside by the Tyler Mall area and fine restaurants.

Motel 6 met our expectations of having a clean room in which to sleep and a place to clean up after a long day. This time however, the check in process took much longer than expected-over an hour. They were short staffed and we’re not able to ready the rooms.

The front office girls were very nice. However the hotel pool had algae and is a little dirty. they said there were no rooms available, partially due to short staffing. I should have known there would be a certain element there because "residents"were talking in front of our door at 2:00 in the morning but that is no fault of the hotel. The grounds are in need of a clean up. Otherwise the location was good for our plans.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with **********. I am actually trying to get refunded for the second night. The hotel room was not ready at 3:00 pm as stated. So I came back at 8:00 pm and the hotel had given my reservation to someone else. I had to wait in the lobby until 10:00 pm for a manager to come and give me a room. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets, the tub was stained and dirty. The area outside the room smelled like human iTunes. If it weren’t so late I would have left that night. Unfortunately my child needed to sleep. The next day I went to a different hotel and booked a room. I went back to motel 6 and checked out. I only used one night of the two I paid for. It was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. How do I get refunded for the unused night.
