Front desk staff very welcoming. Rooms very clean,
comfortable, cheerful and very nicely decorated.
Bedding and pillows were great.
Very good location, shopping and restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to go back again.

We had a nice stay over night. Unfortunately when we wanted to watch tv to wind down for the evening, it was not working at all. After several attempts to fix the tv we were able to enjoy a little time before falling asleep. The only other downside, was the guest(s) above us very loud late at night and early the next morning.

Was very challenging to get someone to take our phone call. Put on hold several times for long periods and Receptionist outright refused to talk till I persisted. Most unpleasant and stressful.
We were not informed on check-in that room cleaning would have to be scheduled and even when we scheduled it next morning the room was not cleaned despite repeated reminders. Clearly not upto the standard that it was before.
Once on the property the staff was pleasant.

Great, friendly staff. Very clean rooms & public areas including the bar/restaurant. Easy commute to many attractions including historic Corning district & museum. Nice outdoor area.
