So clean, stylish (I want to live in that lobby to explore the books!), and the eating area is gorgeous. Breakfast buffet is pricey, but you can easily walk into the mall before it opens and get fresh baked goods and coffee or juice if you prefer. The pool area is gorgeous! The front desk staff offered a better rate one we were checking in. Fantastic.

I visit Miami every six months, and this is my number one... or my only choice. In addition to having a divine breakfast, and having magnificent installations, the hotel is connected to a fantastic mall (Dadeland) with an exquisite selection of restaurants.

The stay was horrible... First night there was a party past 2am and called the front desk.. I requested to move and they had to ask management if I could, which I thought was not acceptable with the noise. After being moved, the 2nd unit was not clean, toliet seat was slightky broken and worse of all the humdidity in the room made all of our clothes wet. When I was checking out, the person at the front desk didn't seem to care about any of the issues as he didn't write anything down and sais apologies. Will never stay here again, it was truly awful.

The hotel is very nice! The staff are polite. The rooms were bigger than I expected, and housekeeping, cleaned every day. They have a very nice bar area and all for breakfast although breakfast closes at 10 AM they also offer “dinner”if you want something quick to eat. And they have access to the mall. There’s no microwaves in the room however, they have stations on the third, fifth and seventh floor where you can go and warm your foods up. And they have a smart TV, which was a nice touch.

Front desk service really nice. This hotel is understaffed. My room was not ready until 7:30 PM, coffee etc wasn’t stocked-I’m sure b/c cleaning staff was swamped…one tiny bar of soap, no lotion, nothing extra, bare bones. Not staying there again

Conveniently located adjacent to Dadeland Mall with a direct access to Macy's. However this access closes at 8pm, so if you return later from the mall better do it by car through the parking lot. Hotel looks new. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast lacks options, not enough fruits selection.They "forgot" to make the room one day. Over all a great stay.
