達拉斯DFW機場格雷普韋恩雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Dallas DFW Airport Grapevine)

This would be a nice hotel if everything worked. None of the treadmills or cross trainers worked and only one Tesla charger worked. It seems these were inoperable for quite a while since the staff acknowledged this, but there appeared to be no sense of urgency in fixing these. The fitness center had no wipes for equipment until 3 days later and it was a roll in a zip bag since there was no dispenser. They also ran out of towels in the fitness center and the front desk clerk gave me a pile and asked if I would take them back with me (which I did). The room was one large studio with the shower out in the open and bathroom with a sliding door next to it, which works for a couple, but no privacy if you want some.

The shuttle service is terrible. Even though I made a reservation for a shuttle to the airport an hour before checking out, after my checkout they told me the driver did not come to work and I had to get an uber to the airport, paid out of my pocket and almost lost my flight.

I always love the showers at Aloft…as well as the shampoo and conditioner they provide. Room was quiet and cool, bed comfortable. Great stay for 1 night waiting on morning flight out of DFW.

It was such a beautiful property, the gym was amazing, pool clean and warm, the atmosphere was just very welcoming, I will definitely come back and stay there again

Nice hotel! Super comfortable beds and pillows! Wish they would have had a free included breakfast like so many other hotels we’ve stayed at.

All was good except a couple of electrical switches did not work along with the inside door lock. All else was good.
