Units are clean and spacious in a secure setting. Resort is well managed and grounds are beautifully including a heated pool. It is situated walking distance from patrolled surf beach and a variety of great eateries. Park the car and enjoy

Third time staying at Element on Coolum. We have stayed in their 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom deluxe apartments. The location is handy to everything and apartments are roomy. We were very disappointed with our stay this time and will be reluctant to stay again due to the cleanliness of the apartment. We arrived to find the floors in the main living area covered in black footprints as well as the bathroom, food underneath the dining table, in the lounge and underneath, food spillage down the side of the kitchen bench and lipstick on the drinking glasses ☹️

It was so relaxing to stay at Element on Coolum. Everything was well maintained and the apartment was spacious and modern with all the amenities. So handy having the dryer and machine. Loved the pool and relaxing on the balcony looking down at the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Being so close to the beach, cafes and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. The lady down in reception was always friendly and helpful. We loved the feel of Coolum and will definitely be back!

Great location for the beach as well as the main retail areas. Very spacious apartment, nicely decorated, good range of white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge / freezer), so the option to be totally self-contained if required. Two levels of security before reaching the door to the apartment with dedicated car parking underground. Would have no hesitation in returning.

Amazing facility! Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed and more. We booked a three bedroom place and bought the family.. very close to all the shops and amazing places to eat.. love the beach being just over the road also.. The kids (young adults) loved the pool. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent. Very well organised. Beautiful complex with lovely pool and planting. 5 mins to beach. Restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Underground secure parking. Apartment clean and very spacious. Pretty fault less. May book again next Easter.

Superb accommodation in a great location. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly and professional service. We have been staying here you years and really enjoy every visit. Feels like home away from home. Secure parking close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Fantastic resort, perfect location, absolutely loved it here! The unit was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. After staying at a different resort in Coolum Beach for the last 15 years we were nervous about the change but had not a single regret. We will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent. Very well organised administration and communications. Beautiful complex with lovely large pool and surrounding planting. Apartment spacious. Beach 5 minutes walk away and shops/restaurants even less. Underground secure parking. Pretty faultless.
