Have stayed here numerous times for the Nascar races. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast is delicious and always a large variety of food. The managers reception had a good meal. Highly recommended this motel. Prices are quite jacked up for the race weekend, but that is everywhere.

It was a family wedding on that day so we had quite a few out of town family members staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Concord/Charlotte
Concord, North Carolina, We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks!

When we checked in my husband was going to shower before we left for a concert. There was no hot water. Maintenance came and tried to fix it, but the next morning I showered and the water was a little warm on the hottest setting then it turned to cold. I told the desk attendant when we checked out and he said he would see if we could receive extra points but he couldn't reimburse money for the room. We paid over $200 for a room with no hot water!!!

Rebecca was very welcoming when I checked in; she made me feel at home. The breakfast was very good and had great options. Coffee always fresh and hot! The rooms were very clean and very comfortable! Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Nunca había estado en este hotel en particular siempre uso los Hampton pero este en concord es la primera vez y me encanto, el desayuno fue espectacular. Lo único que me parecio que le falto es recoger las basuras que estaban fuera del hotel en el estacionamiento, del resto todo estuvo perfecto.

The front desk told me the ventilation of the whole building is not working that good. This really makes no sense in such a small room if the ventilation doesn’t work well, especially after you use the restroom.
