康科德旅店(Premier Inns Concord)

La habitación que me dieron, estaba igual como la dejó el huesped anterior, todavía con toallas sucias y húmedas; me hicieron perder mucho tiempo y no ofrecieron ni disculpas.

No puedo opinar sobre las intalaciones porque no respetaron mi reservacion por medio de *******. Llegue con mi clave y no tenian mi habitacion disponible

agradable y muy seguro lugar tranquilo y muy serca a supermercados y estacion del bar

The staff is very friendly and all familure faces. It was nice to see Jeff and MD still working the front desk!

Cockroaches crawling around on sink . Carpet looked like huge vomit stain that never got steamed cleaned. Smelled like used baby diapers never thrown away;€

When i checked in sround 10 pm the receptionist took my passport and CC and made a copy of them I really didn't like that i ask him why and he didn't respond , maybe i didn't notice before but when i check in on another hotels they just look at my ID and swipe my card and thats it , ,,,then i went to my room and i pulled the bed cover and it was hairs on the bed and pillow, i called the lobby and explained the situation, the same man showed up with a fresh set of sheets, he was very upset and told me.'' What do you spect this is not the hilton'' i said i know that but i really was hoping for a clean bed , He was upset and told me i can give you your money back and you go find something else, i feel very disappointed but i was tired after a long drive, i help him change the sheets and i leave like that , i have pictures and videos of the room and bed , also was mold ,moho in some areas of the room, never again. One good thing the housekeeping ladies were very nice

Could hear people talking on all sides (thin walls), bathroom door would not close, bathroom was dirty, could smell the soap being used from other rooms showering
