希爾頓康科德飯店(Hilton Concord)

This room was not ready for occupancy. The TV did not work. It took a maintenance man (at 10:30 PM) two seconds to find out why. The TV was not properly connected for operation. It was missing the cable connector! 30 minutes later, he jury-rigged a cable out from the mini-fridge compar**ent, which kept the door open due to the cord running out, up and behind the TV. The $19 charge for SELF-parking was an irritant. Room charges must include free self-parking. This charge was hidden when making resv. Ludicrous.

I made reservations for 2 rooms with King size beds. They were sold out and gave us each a room with 2 double beds, but did not change the rate I paid. The bathroom had long black hair in the tub and on the counter and there was a pair of someones worn socks between the wall and the bed. I won't stay there again.

They charge for parking and breakfast. They don't even give you complimentary coffee in the lobby. We also got the worst view and basic room and I'm pretty sure it is because we booked at a discounted special rate through **********. I don't know if they do this to all ********** bookings that are booked at discounted rates but it sure seems like it. I would not stay there again.

It was very dirty. Cob webs every even the vent is full of cob webs. I had to wipe everything down the floors were dirty too.

Couple of low points. First, there was no mention of having to pay for parking when I booked online. Second, the website stated breakfast included but when I asked they said breakfast isn’t included. Lastly, there wasn’t any shampoo, lotion or conditioner in the restroom.

The staff at the front desk were nice, however I cannot believe I paid almost $300 a night for a Hilton to look like this. There was construction, no discounted rates for the disturbance or dust everywhere. My sheets were visually dirty and had not been changed. I had to have new sheets brought up before going to bed. The bed was terrible. One side was sunk in creating a rock like curve in the middle of the bed. The pillows were flat and smell of a musky old cologne. The heating/hair unit on the wall was old and in order to use the heater In January you have to deal with cracking rumbling noise from it all night to stay warm. Would not recommend.

Property description says there is a bar and breakfast. Bar was not open. breakfast was not served. Nothing in the description about parking the $19. Soaps, shampoos, Conditioner all different brands…. no food available. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers worked. This Hilton used to be awesome… Now it’s just not!
