We really appreciated the great customer service especially from the Manager, Paul, who made our birthday weekend wonderful!! Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had all modern decor (been open since Sept. 2023). Breakfast was good too! Hot food like mini omelets, sausage or bacon and potatoes or hashbrowns. Not noisy either even though the freeway was close. Loved the fitness center that had a Peloton bike and free weights! We also were able log on to our Netflix account to watch movies on their TV. We would definitely book again!!

Really cute hotel; parking was only $10 a night, which is excellent for the Bay Area (we live in the Bay Area but were celebrating a birthday with a stay at the Hampton Inn). Friendly staff and a nice gym!

The night clerks Sonia and Loa made check-in the best experience I’ve had in a long time. These ladies were so kind and helpful. I would definitely be staying again just based off the interactions with them. Thank you Ladies for making my night.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. It made the stay very comfortable and pleasant for us. The hotel is very clean. The free breakfast is amazing. Thank you Hampton Inn!!!

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was modern and very clean.
The only negative was the body wash was empty in the shower.
