Couldnt check in at 3pm. The gentleman at the front desk said he'd call my cell when our room was ready. He never called. We went back to the hotel around 4:30pm and our room still wasnt ready. Finally 5:30pm we got into our room.

Very clean ,comfortable beds, nice fridge and coffee maker in room. I thought there was continental breakfast provided but that was not the case. There is a subway across the parking lot which is handy. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It is a dog friendly hotel which helped me a lot.

I really appreciate how accommodating they were. I was initially booked on the second floor but was able to get a main floor room. Having my own door with my vehicle parked outside is so convenient. Love the location. Minutes drive from all main shopping

This property met all our needs. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, centrally located, good WiFi, meeting room available which we used for a family gathering. The only downside was that it is located in an industrial park, but is just off the highway.

I liked that the property was easily accessible from the Trans Canada Highway, was located close to a gas station and checking in and out was a seamless process.
