拉佩拉拜賽達爾飯店(La Perla by Sedar)

Tout était parfait. La localisation en plein centre ville à proximité immédiate du lac et d’un carrefour market ouvert 24/24. L’appartement était confortable et bien pensé. Le plus agréable était dans les détails : petit sachet d’huile d’olive et lessive fourni. Récupérer la clé seule était facile et les dames de là réception très agréable et aidante.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti con alcuni amici durante un addio al celibato festeggiato sul Lago. Gli interni sono nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Le stanze belle grandi, munite di tutti gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici necessari a renderle dei mini appartamenti. Personale molto disponibile e prezzo giusto.

Without a doubt one of the worst value stays I've had anywhere in the world. I have no idea why, at this price point, this place has rave reviews. Paying anything more 150 Eur/night is like robbery. As I consider various hotels I've stayed in a similar price range- it is a complete joke that this place charges as much and sometimes more than these hotels!!! It lists itself as a hotel but you are welcomed with a sign that says you have to clean your dishes and take out the trash when you leave!! When you are paying 330 Eur/night- are you kidding?? They said this was something about Covid, which makes no sense when no one wears a mask. The price doesn't include parking- which is a few minutes walk and expensive. Or breakfast. Or fresh towels. So, how are you a hotel, exactly? Let alone a 5-star hotel as it says on Google? On the first day, the internet speed was like a 1999 dial-up modem which meant I couldn't do work I'd planned. The internet was ok on the following day. The listing said 4 adults could stay- unless they're VERY VERY intimate- there's no way. Shower was a bit grimy. I would never recommend La Perla, I would never stay there again. Tania truly cares and tries her best that guests have a good experience.

I have been there so mani times and I will come back forever. Perfect location. All the flats are new. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am in love withe this place! When you are there, you really feel at home Thanks Federica :-)

Beautiful place, convenient, with extremely helpful staff. Everything was digital with clear instructions and very fast check in process. I wish big brands learn from such a small business how to make their tedious check in process more convenient

The location is great. You have everything just a few meters away and it is very centraly located. The rooms are modern, and you can find there anything you need. It is with the self check in, it is very easy to understand it all and allows you to check in any time you want.

Die Lage ist super zentral und direkt am Park vor dem See. Die Parkgarage (öffentlich 20€ am Tag) war direkt um die Ecke. Keine 200m entfernt. Das Apartment war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Türsystem etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kann man empfehlen.

Struttura accogliente e moderna, bene rifinita, dotata di ogni comfort! Personale accogliente e gentilissimo, disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta! Posizione ottima e strategica proprio di fronte al lago di Como, a due passi dal parco pubblico e dal centro storico! Si può lasciare la macchina o nel parcheggio privato della struttura o nel parcheggio pubblico che si trova proprio dietro la struttura ma il costo è lo stesso! Consigliamo assolutamente :)

Gute Lage. Zentral am See und nah an der Altstadt. Für den Standard und die Ausstattung zu teuer. Wenig liebevoll betrieben und geführt. Parken im Parkhaus direkt hinter dem Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen, besser als die Parkplätze des Apartments selbst.
