「The hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.」

「I stayed here one night in June 2025. There was no AC so room was not very relaxing. I couldn’t open windows as the noise from the road and the people who I think came to club was disturbing. Anyway, I won’t recommend if staying multiple days. Good side, the toilet and bathroom was very clean and nice. I liked that. It was also easy to access as it is just by a main road.」
