The room was big. Great bathroom and shower! There is a very nice supply of shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand lotion and liquid hand soap! No bathtub but we never use a tub at hotels. Lobby is huge and has around the clock hot drinks! Staff was very friendly and our room had a view of the Olentangy River!

We stayed for one night. We found a bed bug on our bed and I put it into a ziploc bag and gave it to the front desk. They said they would let the manager know. We had to put all of our belongings in trash bags and spend the rest of our day washing everything at home.

Everyone was very nice & pleasant. We checked in late & I called the hotel to let them know. Their main concern was getting there safely. Check in was super easy & fast. The room was clean & beds were good. No complaints. Coffee setup in the lobby was a plus. I will drink coffee 24/7 so that was a treat. Breakfast was plentiful just not to my palate. There is a Bob Evans right on the property. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. I honestly have no complaints with this property. Hope this was helpful.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn more than a dozen times and have had good experiences in the past. Not this time. 1. We had three false alarms in a five day period, one of which was late at night. 2. During the first of them, customers on floors 4, 5, and 7 complained that the fire doors were locked. The staff said that was impossible, despite attestations from 10 people. 3. Some hours later they showed us that the fire doors were now open and used that to suggest the 10 of us were mistaken. 4. The telephone in our room did not work. The staff said they would put in a new battery and return it. That took more than two days, and when it was returned it still did not work. 5. A dog was permitted in the breakfast area on at least one morning. 6. When the room was serviced they failed to change the bed linens. 7. The vending and ice rooms were locked and no soft drinks or ice were available at the front desk area.

This was the first time I stayed at a Hampton where the phones did not work. You could not even call the front desk. In addition, I had requested a quiet room and they gavee a room at the back of the elevator with constant low grinding noise. If I did not have noise plugs with me, my stay would have been pure hell. Stay away from.the place.

You morning staff who served the food was very rude, complaining out in the open about people, complaining about every person who came near her, I understand that people do suck at times, but it's very rude to have your staff complain out in the open so everyone can hear them. Also, your shorter, wears glasses guy who is at the front desk was not very friendly to people on the phone. He was always huffing and puffing in public. All other stuff was very polite.

Hotel was loud. Slamming doors, garbage dumpster was picked up at 7 am outside the hotel, lots of commotion in the hallway. Smell of cigarettes frequently overnight. Pillows not comfortable and our cable was not working in our room the night we checked in. Cable was working in the morning. Also the Wi-Fi was awful.
