The service wasn't all that good because I was charged for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. They have a lack of communication with each other.

I got the king for the couch and tv in the room, soon I as I walked in no tv for my visit. Went to front desk and told t
hem I needed a tv and they said they would have me one before me visit with my child. And the next day they came half way threw my visit to tell me I could move rooms, but I didnt want ruin my visit. Then told me I had to for them to work on the tv that was not their.. wanted a refund, still want one.

El hotel está en decadencia. Me quede tres noches y a pesar de pedir que limpiaran la habitación nunca fueron. En una ocasión pedí toallas grandes Extras ya que nos quedamos ahí 4 días y no tenían toallas limpias disponibles. El desayuno muy precario. En conclusión jamás volveré a reservar esa propiedad ni la recomiendo tampoco.

had to step around goose poop at front entrance. no ac in lobby. musty smell in main hallway. hand towels for bath towels. only one wash cloth for two people. no fresh towels for 2nd night. terrible continental breakfast-limited food, no napkins, no juice. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place.

The room was clean. We were shorted bath towels and wash clothes that we went to the front desk to get and had to wait 10 minutes for the deck clerk to come back from? so he could get them. The women taking care of the breakfast area was not very friendly and the eggs and sausage had been in the warmer to the point they were hard and crusty. Very disappointed...
