行政套房飯店(Executive Suites)

No one was ever at the front desk. When we arrived, the check in employee had to come in from the parking lot. The top of the bathroom light fixture had about 1/4" of dust on the top. The whole place looked like it had been abandoned and then repainted to be called executive. There was no hair dryer in the room but there was a sign on the room dest that they had them for sale at $35.00. I am very surprised that ******* would offer such a location.

Customer service was great. But condition of the room, it taken awhile for the room to heat up, and no maid service to help with cleaning due to short staff. The room was clean. Amenities wasn’t available and bagged breakfast only. The building is being remodeled at the moment. Overall a short stay was decent. I didn’t have no infestation issue at all.

Not a bad place. Had all amenities. Currently undergoing minor renovations. A door handle was dislodged, but still functional.

I book my room under my name and paid for it with my wife’s card on your site. I drove over 154 miles for a business trip. Upon arriving I was told I could not be given access to the room, because my wife name was on the card I used. Even though the room was already paid for. I was also told I would not be given a refund. I had to drive 154 miles back home that night. The woman was rude. I will never use ******* again. We will dispute this charge with our credit card company. I am also going to file a complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. You took my money and refused to give me the device ai paid for. Totally unacceptable

Didn't get a chance to stay because I delt with a third party and they wanted a three hundred dollars deposit that i knew nothing about till i got to the hotel it was an exhausting night especially coming from out of town with little one's and they didn't have the room i reserved when dealing with third-party services make sure yiu ket them know about deposits and anything extra

Check in was a bit slow as the solo front desk person was busy with other duties. Once we got checked in we noted the hotel was under construction which we were unaware of prior to arrival. When we got to our non smoking room it smelled like a bonfire. Since they were renovating we knew there wasnt another room available so we chose to stick it out since it was just one night. We noted that things had been left over from the prior resident and that house keeping hadnt done a great job in turn over. Like a waded up tissue in the door eye hole, Trash not empty, trash in the night stand. We checked out the next day and informed the front desk about the smell. We checked out the breakfast area before we left but it was all but empty at 8am and pure chaos. So we chose to leave with out getting anything. My hope with the renovations that this hotel gets some much needed support to its staff and facilities. Though we most likely will not be returning.

They made sure I had a room conveniently , as I have difficulty walking any distances. Really appreciated that.

it looked like clean, but there were some brown stains on carpet, I would like to think it was food stains and not other disgusting thing, also, the curtains on the shower were dirty with some "hands shapes" on black, it was like a scary movie, breakfast was not ready by 6:30, and wafle machine was so dirty (it was going to be the first wafle to prepare), we dediced avoid breakfast, bad experience...
