We loved the vibe of this hotel and the facility was very clean upon arrival, however during our 4 day stay at the 3rd afternoon I did have to ask that housekeeping be sent to our room as they did not seem to make daily appearances as I am accustomed to in hotels. We are very tidy travelers but we still did need items such as washcloths and in room coffee and cups to be replenished and trash to be emptied which was not being done until I asked. Other than that everything was wonderful. The decor is chic and the lobby is extremely welcoming and private feeling for intimate conversations despite its spacious size. The attached tavern/restaurant was a great dining option on the evening that it happened to rain and leaving the hotel seemed a bit daunting.

The hotel was amazing and so nice. Great bar and food options on site and even a nice signature scent. Unfortunately they couldn’t get their fire alarm situation working correctly so the first night we got no sleep as the alarms went off 3 different times, the third time for 2 hours straight before they could get them offline. Hopefully they work that out soon.

The stay was great until the fire alarm went off at 2am then again at 5am in which we checked out. I spoke with the front desk and they are said they comping are room because of the inconvenience. Great hotel, staff but the fire alarm ruined the experience. Hopefully they get that figured out

We loved the aesthetic and employees there. Everyone was phenomenal! Our room was excellent. The only “complaint” I’d have is not having a fan in the room. There is an option in the thermostat for “low” and “high” fan, but in a perfect world we would have liked it louder because we sleep with a fan at home. That is not enough to take it down from a 5 star rating though. Fantastic!

Shower wasn’t cleaned. There was damage on a night table. Electric stopped working in the bathroom after dinner - no lights. Was supposed to check in at 4. Days before was told to come early for early check in. Day of told no early check in. Got there an hour early and they said they would call us when room was ready. We sat in lobby and waited. We saw new people walking in and going right to a room so at 430 we asked and they said they weren’t calling because they were busy. I get that it’s sold out but we have plans - be more respectful of our time. When we told management the next day at check out they said they were sorry and comped the valet parking. IMO more should have been done.

The hotel Is beautiful but when we checked in there were some things I felt should have been explained to us. For instance, they did not tell us we needed our key to make the elevator go to our floor. And they did not explain that the roof top bar required reservations.

Very modern property with an overall great concept. Staff are wonderful. Loved our experience and would return for the great location and opportunities.

Lovely stay. Very clean and nice. Make sure you head down to the lobby area for a drink and some food. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back

Very nice staff. Extremely professional. Awesome drinks. Love love love this place. Rooftop bar was great too.
