哥倫布北極星希爾頓飯店(Hilton Columbus/Polaris)

This hotel was more than just comfortable and clean. The rooms were BIG and CLEAN and the bathrooms were the same! The gym was awesome with a lot of machines. The restaurant/bar had great food and great drinks and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I like that the restaurant/bar stayed open late. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I will be staying at this hotel every time I am in Columbus!

I stayed here for a work convention, it could not have been a nicer experience. I did lock myself out of my room within the first 15 minutes of checking in, but the staff was super sweet (and funny!) about it. 10/10, would stay again. The food is also spectacular.

The rooms are pretty basic for the price. They do have an Executive Lounge that offers snacks throughout the day, but I’ve seen better Executive Lounges in Hilton properties. The staff was hit or miss. The Bellman that greeted me at the door was excellent. He helped me with my luggage and explained the layout of the room and the different utilities and amenities. He was extremely polite and very personable.

It was not what I expected for the price. I had to contact the desk several times due to an alarm constantly going off near my room, noise because of work being done near my room and other noise issues due to guests. It was overall very disappointing.

I tried to show photos to a worker of our room upon checkin. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. You could see toothpaste splatter, crumbs on the counter tops, and it smelled sour. I’m not sure what went on in the room or if house cleaning forgot to do it’s last little bit. When I tried to bring it up I was dismissed. That’s right around $600. My wife and I ended up cleaning it ourselves. I’ve never once asked for a refund or even thought it was possible. But with this last stay…. Yeah. I’d like my money back. Doubt it’ll ever happen. But worst hotel cleaning I’ve ever experienced.

Check-in clerk seems disinterested (at best) to help us, but the check-out clerk was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very nice and everything was clean.

Chose hotel based on wanting a pool for my child and a hot tub for me. Pool area had SO much chlorine it was burning guest eyes, hot tub was Luke warm. Room we received had a view of the roof with spot lights that lit up the room, even pulling the curtain closed there was always light that came in. There was not even free coffee downstairs it’s $2.95 for a small cup! Basically you were nickel and dined for everything, bottle waters in the room large print say something about refresh yourself, small print it’s $2.00 per bottle. Beds were very hard. Talked to a lady at the desk an all she said was I’m so sorry about that.

We could hear everything in the rooms next to us, doors and walls very thin. You could hear the toilet flush in the adjacent room loudly in our room. We were finally able to get to sleep around 2am, very little sleep was had by either one of us. The next morning, at 8am the cleaning lady enteted our room, we were still in bed, check out isnt until 12 and we obviously hadnt checked out. The thermostat and fan worked when it wanted, Smudges and finger prints around all door handles and switches in hotel that boasts they sanitize their television remotes.Bathroom ceiling over the shower was falling apart due to no vent in the bathroom. Black mold inevitable. Pillows smelled like unwashed hair. Was DEFINITELY NOT worth the almost $200 we paid for it.
