I have never slept on a bed cover that was so comfortable. I had plans my first night to go out but that bed said “no stay right here”

Absolutely loved it very clean, housekeeping was wonderful

The property can make the experience better by providing bottled water daily to guests. Guest receives a single bottle of water on the check, all other is $3.00 per bottle if you need it. Housekeepers did not sweep or clean the room. They only pulled back existing sheets on the bed and did not even ensure the bed was neatly made.

Overall decent hotel. Brooken door jam outside our room where it looks like someone used a crowbar at some point to break In room. Hallways weren’t clean, pool was small but my kiddos enjoyed it. High price room for overall quality

The hotel staff was very nice super sweet and professional! Room was neat set up. The beds were clean and comfortable however the bathroom which is one you also really want clean just wasn’t. The door has stuff sprayed all over it. The toilet seat has burns and stains all over it. The toilet has a horribly gross ring around the top you see once you or your child is in the tub. There’s stuff that comes out of the spout and into the water little brown pieces of something. Stains on the counter and around the sink drain. The elevator looked pretty rough. And the downstairs bathrooms were very dirty also. If this had been a cheaper hotel you wouldn’t be that bothered if it was 80 or so a night. But we paid almost 150 to get a room I could have gotten at a much cheaper price at other hotel chains known to be of less standards and got the same level of cleanliness. Just go ahead and stay somewhere cheaper. Tried to upload photos and it won’t let me. But I have several to verify.

Bed was amazing and so comfortable! Staff was nice. Hotel was very clean. Trying to go left out of the hotel was near impossible because of how busy the road is. The pool was absolutely freezing!

It looked as if it had been remodeled at some point. Much of the layout of the property doesn't make sense. E.g., restrooms off the lobby are at one end of a long corridor and are very inconvenient.

The service was okay, but the noise was very bad. Couldn’t rest at night, because kids was up until 2:30 am in the morning running up and down the hallways.

Excellent staff and service. Need to improve property conditions and facilities (exterior painting, mainly). Also, the smell of the pool chlorine was too strong.
