希爾頓花園旅館-奧巴尼機場(Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport)

The staff at the front desk is excellent. The shuttle service is great. The small restaurant has great food and the staff are friendly. The elevators and hallways are older, but the rooms are comfortable and nice. The only negative thing i can say is the hot water can sometimes take 5 minutes to warm up. Ive run the shower for 5 to 10 minutes before hot water arrives. However, sometimes its hot within 30 seconds - totally unpredictable. Overall nice stay.

Back again, this time, to see family for Thanksgiving and also to satisfy my curiosity as to the Body Wash situation that has prevailed ( almost comically) at this property. We got a room on the first floor that was super convenient and had Body Wash in the shower !! The tub drained like a champ! I brought a third towel from home…… What will happen come Christmas ?? Stay tuned….

Waited outside in cold as instructed after 1st call to hotel at 11:15am for shuttle. 5 calls (3 calls were not answered) and 45 mins later…was picked up by rude driver. He asked me if I called and if I spoke to a person. Then asked me for the hotel’s address. The hotel was less than 5 mins away. Had I known, I could’ve taken a Lyft and avoided the frustration! Room was clean, but poorly stocked with amenities such as facial tissue, 1 coffee cup and 1 unsealed plastic cup. Only positive was the front desk attendant gave us 2 free water bottles that night after returning to hotel after an outing.

slow checkin, only stayed here to be able to leave my car during my trip for a reasonable fee, had to bring pack n play up ourselves as it was over an hour after check in and it still hadn't arrived, had to ask for sheets, cover for it. Bathroom needs upgrade, not enough towels for 4 people

I arrived late due to flight delays. The Night Manager was wonderful. Not only did she quickly change my room when I requested, she upgraded me. Terrific service here and very convenient to the airport. I will book this hotel any time I have a late arriving ALB flight.
